    This app has definitely made an impact in my life; I started w 10 min a day (1 circuit) and I’m at 3 circuits now! 30 min of pure joy - I feel my body getting strong and stronger in each routine. Definitely recommend it to women like me, who didn’t know how to start their “journey” to fitness.

    I’ve been using this app for over a year now and I absolutely love it. The daily seven minute workouts really help me out to warm my body up before my regular workout. The 30 day yoga is absolutely amazing as well is very relaxing and I’m happy I found this out and for the price you cannot beat it, Get the app if you don’t have it.

    Who doesn’t have 10 minutes each day to improve their life? To start, I encourage you to find a few that you enjoy, save them to your favorites and rotate through them each week. Once you get in the groove, expand your favorites or mix it up a bit with something random. Only negatively is some of my progress gets lost because I’m using the free version.

    I love that your not obligated to buy anything. I’m feeling the workout and plan on continuing with this app to reach my goals. I only wish that this app would work with tracking steps as well. It’s my first month of 10,000 plus a day steps. Ok so update it now works with my other apps to track my steps. I love that you can add your own playlist from apple or spotify. so i’m very grateful for the updates and it’s still free. i’m about to actually try out the paid version to see the perks because I would like to support the app.

    Enjoy the workouts... but please allow users to tone down the music to hear the voice counter. When music is turned down voice goes down as well.

    Easy to follow instructions. Provides videos if you don’t know how to do the exercise even in the middle of the routine instead of just at the beginning. I love the wide variety of programs that allow you to start were you are at and increase your stamina and flexibility. Plus you get daily inspirational quotes to motivate you!
