Me and my friends took bicycles to walk 30 min, for 2 dollars and something, later we looked at our account and it was discounted around $30 on each card, we were disappointed.
  • Scam - “Blue Bikes” is the correct app, not this one

Creating an account signs you up for a TV service, $50 a month.
  • Awful, no way to intuitively rent it

The interface : setting up the account was not functioning properly, local instructions non existent not able to remove the bike from the rack but was subsequently billed. I appealed the AMEX which was absolved but was able tocheck a bike out the next day
  • Deceptive scam

We rented two bike on May 30 at 12:29 pm. We bought two adventure passes for $10 each which promised 24 hour usage. The website says “ In town for the day? For $10, our Adventure Pass gives you an unlimited number of 2-hour trips over a 24-hour period. If you keep a bike out for longer than 2 hours at a time, you’ll be charged $2.50 per each additional 30 minutes.” But after only 1 hour, at 1:30 pm, we get a text saying the bikes have been out for a while and we are being charged extra fees. We call and the rep says you have to dock them every thirty minutes or you get charged a per minute fee. We get scared and dock the bikes immediately, abandoning the plan. We later find the text was a lie and that we had the right to use the bikes for two hours at a time. Do not use this company

Not sure what the purpose of this app is since you can’t seem to reserve or unlock a bike.
