Payed &12 for the day pass, used the bike once for 10 minutes, and couldn’t use it again. No one picks up at customer service!

Great app other then the fact that can't actually use it for what it should do. Google maps has a mop of where the bike stations are. I was expecting a payment option and/ or a timer once purchased. Why have an app if all it is is a map?
  • Convenient

Tells you which station has bikes & parking spots. That’s all I’ve used it for. When I get to the bike station I pay, get the bike code and unlock the bike
  • SCAM APP!!

DO NOT click the big green start button - you think you are signing up for the Hawaii bike system but you are signing up for spam sites that charge your credit card!!
  • Watch out for the deceptive ad

As others have mentioned, this app only shows you locations and does not actually let you rent a bike. What is very deceptive is that there is an ad at the bottom with a big "Start" button that implies you are creating an account to rent a bike but actually you were signing up for Digitallize some spam content site.
  • How do you even rent a bike?!?!

I am a frequent user of Nike Bike in Oregon, and I could not for the life of me figure out how to get a bike 🤷🏼‍♀️

This app just tells you where the stations are and is not new customer friendly. I can’t log in with the account on the app.
