Does not work, says it needs to be on the same network. Both the pc and xbox one are connected on the same network and does not work.
Doesn't see the Series X

Weird that the app forces you to be on Wi-Fi, when it should see the XSX on the network when it's plugged in via gigabit Ethernet.
But, I disconnected the Ethernet on my Mac and my XSX to force them to use the same 5Ghz network, but the app still doesn't see it. It just opens up to "Your device must be turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as this device" and an option for "Simulator Wi-Fi".
I wish this worked, since OneCast development ended with the Series series of xboxs (was only for the Xbox Ones - and it was perfect!).

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Find another way to stream your xbox to your mac. This app crashes every time you try to connect.

What's there to say? I downloaded it, it found my xbox on my wireless network, and it tried to connect. It just hung there forever. No feedback as to what it was doing. Just hung there, making wonder if it was working, or if it was caught in some kind of loop. I do not recommend this software. It needs developemnt.
Not Great - Needs Improvement

I followed the guidance from a review posted on June 27th from Tan D which was to refresh as soon as open it so I can actually find the device and connect.
It did crash so I closed it and reopeded, refreshed, then I saw my xbox screen and the game I was playing with was exciting.... for only that moment.
The stream constantly lags and not all movement is recorded as it then jumps to catch up with whatever is going on currently in the game. This was a big nope.
The app is also unable to be found in OBS for the purpose of stream recording/editing/video creation/etc..... this is also a big nope.
I will try it out maybe a few days but if it continues to be this way - I will remove it from my device.
Device used: NEW MacBook Pro with high speed internet.
