    Tried to open app, every time I try to open the app it takes me back to the App Store to other apps. I never could open the remote control app

    I downloaded this application and I was told it would be free, but I got charged almost $40 plus another two dollars for something that ended up being a dating app instead of a remote control for my DIRECTV. I tried to cancel, and there is simply no way to do it and I ended up having to report this as a fraud payment and I now have to get a new credit card. I am currently having several major health issues and don’t need to go through this right now. Do not download this app.

    I downloaded this app because I lost my remote but I got it connected. Finally it took me about 20 minutes just to connect when I got on there. All I did was vibrate. It did not do anything to my TV. If I could rate this zero stars I would I do not recommend it for anyone.

    I downloaded this App because I could not find my remote. Apparently you need a remote to connect this device. It was not what I needed.

    I am giving this app a one star only because there is no option for no stars. First: Claims my email is invalid. Second: Claims the app is free, but requires credit card data. Third: Has significant difficulty connecting to my WiFi.

    Works one time after installing. Pick your Direct DVR’s IP address and you are ready to go. If you leave app open you may have to select the IP again to use. However, if you quit app, the next time you try to use it, it opens and quits immediately. You have to delete the app and reinstall again to use.
