When used with the Honeywell Bluetooth® Smart Air Purifiers, this app will enhance your air purifier user experience by offering features that can only be accessed through the app. In addition to the core benefit of functioning as a “remote control” from your mobile device, the app offers the following enhanced features not offered on the air purifier device alone: •Connectivity to AccuWeather.com for pollen and mold levels in your zip code •Automatic operation of the air purifier based on the current allergen levels in your zip code, offering personalized allergen capturing performance •Up to three personalized schedules to select when you want to run the air purifier and at what cleaning level Optional daily/or high level allergen alerts based on AccuWeather.com local pollen and mold levels •Optional proximity sensing that will automatically turn your air purifier off when you leave home and then on again when you return (in/out of Bluetooth® range) •Indicators that show how dirty your filters are getting and notifications that advise you when it is almost time to change the filters •Direct links to purchase your replacement filters, eliminating guesswork and saving you time •Direct links to deals and offers that may periodically be offered such as coupons or offers on other Honeywell portable appliances •Direct links to product support such as an on-line user’s manual and product registration Honeywell Bluetooth® Smart Air Purifiers will help clean the air in a room, effectively capturing up to 99.9% (AirGenius 6 - HFD360B) or 99.97% (Doctor’s Choice True HEPA - HPA250B, HPA8350B) of particles as small as 0.3 microns from the air that passes through the filters. All Honeywell air purifiers are independently tested and verified by the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers for 5 air changes per hour in the stated room size.     Bluetooth used to connect and remain connected no matter where I was in my home, but since the most recent update, the connection drops all the time. It’s a pain. Bluetooth is on, on the app, and there are still issues. Wouldn’t recommend until they return the app to normal.

    The app does not work, at all, on my iPhone. It’s 4 years old, so not a huge surprise. Bluetooth is on, but the app can’t find it, and literally every attempt at navigation yields the annoying “whoops, our bad” error. Not cute. Love Honeywell/Kaz products, but this is a bummer.

    None of the links worked on the app, 404 error messages on all of them. Can’t order filters or read the manual. I realize this is Bluetooth, and is limited in its capabilities as opposed to Wi-Fi. Bought a Winix unit at Cosco, Wi-Fi, great functionality and very quiet. Scheduling on the Honeywell is terrible! Come on Honeywell, you are the industry standard in the air business for years. You are way better than this product.

    Hello, Obviously by the reviews and customer ratings, the developer needs to look into restructuring the app. None of the links with the app are accurate. Every time I click on the link within the app, it says it can’t display the page. My filter needed to be changed and the app showed it was still green. Consumers paid a lot of money for this machine. We expect our money worth.

    All the links don’t work. Cant reset air filter once I’ve replaced it. I’ll change my rating once these are fixed. Should be a simple fix too.

    Fix the dead links please.... should make ordering filters a breeze, but not if the links don’t work!! Also, says not connected... could be out of range but my other BT products wouldn’t be at this distance

    When you push a button to get to the user manual the app shows a 404 “can’t find the webpage” error. Other links in the app don’t work either.
