I thoroughly enjoyed this game. It lasted quite a while. I didn’t have to pay anything. You could solve puzzles to earn hints. Or not do the puzzle and find other ways around it. The story was decent. It was a lot of back and fourth but I didn’t want it to end so I didn’t mind it at all. In fact I went looking for a part 2 as soon as I finished it.
  • Not like the others, mostly find the object

I love playing all the games from five-bn, but this one made me so mad I deleted it after a few hours of game play and going nowhere. All the game is based on TIMED HIDDEN OBJECT mini games. If you are unable to do these in the allotted time you don’t get the “extras” you need to continue the game. I use these games to relax and enjoy a good story and play some puzzles. An occasional fine the object is fine, but not at the expense of the entire game. Also, the game itself is extremely slow, you are almost forced to use hints as the game is not intuitive as are the rest of the five-bn games. The connections between tasks and storyline are loose at best. Some tasks having zero to do with it. If you are looking for games like lost lands and others, this is not it. If you like hidden object games, you might like it. But otherwise save yourself the space and the money you will eventually have to spend to go further in the game.

To be honest, I was not having fun at first but I kept with it and learned more as I went. Now, I love this game. It’s long and challenging and very addictive. I can’t express to you how important it is to use the map on the bottom right to help you navigate and know where to go next. Don’t give up! You will be hooked if you keep going.

It started off some what intuitive but then I got a bid bogged down until after I got the bridge fixed then the game took off. It was easy to see who the bad guy really was almost from the beginning. And I’m definitely enjoying the free play section. Some of the side games are obnoxious because of the timer. I’m generally not a fan of timers. All in all I really enjoyed this.
  • This one is my favorite!

As others have mentioned - navigation and gameplay is a bit different than other Five-BN games - and I like this one the most! Once you get the hang of it - it is great! I find myself looking for more games which navigate like this. I hope they make more !

Really Iike this game, but I need more instruction to know where to go next. Beautiful art and good story, too.
  • Repetitive

I began playing the game. It was ok. Then I got to the pantry. Endless HOPS, finding the same things over and over again with more items added each time. I don’t like just hops but that’s what this appears to be

Five BN games are my favorite, so I thought I’d give this one a shot. So glad I did! It reminds me of the old Seeker’s Notes but with a purpose. And the dialogue—has a purpose! Beautifully done and thank you for making a smart game that is enjoyable to play. Appreciated the “rest” times, too.
  • Again and again and…

Ever wonder how many times you can play the same mini game over and over again? Test yourself with Five-bn’s Lost Chronicles! Seriously, though. This game is so infuriating I can’t handle it.
