    TMobile is a switch from Verizon whose customer service was awful TMobile group is phenomenal in getting any issue or question resolved asap. The only complaint I have is the slowness of cellphone service in Manhattan NYC. Other than that I love TMobile

    I LOVE this app! It has everything I need readily accessible. It very easy and simple to use. I don’t have to wait in hold for hours nor in line to make a payment. This is definitely a must have for me.

    Complete waste of money. Not only do they charge you a activation fee your first bill will just be $30-$59 higher becuse THEIR DISCOUNTS DONT TAKE EFFECT THE FIRST BILL WHICH THEY DONT TELL YOU.

  • App freezes at Hello!

    The app accepts my username and password, shows a door icon, greets me with a big "Hello!" and my name - beliw that it displays, "We're thrilled to have you on board." and then no matter what I do, stays stuck on that screen. I tried deleting and re-installing the App, rebooting my phone (three times), including once at the T-mobile store with the store personnel trying to make it work. I might give more than one star if there was anything more I could do with it. Unfortunately, it does almost nothing, so worse than useless!

    T mobile app is so easy to maneuver. I have everything at my fingertips. I very rarely have to call about anything and if and when I do it’s resolved amicably. Thank you T mobile and all your helpful reps.
