  • It’s impossible to try and pay my bill

    I have tried to set up an account I have called. I have emailed I have done everything except carrier pigeon and I am just simply trying to pay my bill. It should not be this difficult for somebody with a doctorate degree. I am not illiterate, but I am super frustrated.

    Home internet was great until I didn’t need it anymore. I sent my brand new box back to @TMobile because I’m receiving internet for free. Somehow it gets damaged in shipping and I have to pay almost 100 bucks based on a lack of integrity from shipping ? This is the kind of stuff that makes me want to take all my phones over to @Verizon. I was gonna buy @TMobile ‘s home internet again when we needed it but I’m not now since I’m gonna get gouged for money when I send the internet box back. It’d be nice if T-Mobile would remedy this. My wife and I are saving to buy a home and every penny counts. So sick of these companies ripping us off. By the way the “damage” that I didn’t even do isn’t worth almost 100 bucks and I had the photos sent to me by the customer service representative that I spoke to.

    Internet speed was about 300 MPs when I signed up. Speed slowed over time to be around 100 at the beginning of this year and this week have slowed to ~25-40 Mos. I can still stream video at this speed but it is negatively impacting our business. Called T-Mobile and they said they’ve done everything they can. The speed is completely unacceptable and not worth what I’m paying. They advertise that speed should be 75-300 Mps and it was in the beginning but hasn’t been for a long time. Researching other options in my area and will be switching to another company soon.

    The $50/month 5G home internet box keeps shutting off signal then turning back on repeatedly. I heard T-Mobile was going to start glitching their internet service so they could up charge people to a newer, more expensive plan. Sure hope that isn’t true

    I’ve called many times, new gateway sent to my house. Internet got slower. Moved my gateway. Internet speeds are drastically reduced during peak ours.

    using the app is a hassle getting it to load and getting it to load devices really anything on this dumb app it needs to be fixed i cant even fix the devices that get or dont get internet anymore cause it keeps staying on loading for hours with no end its ridiculous
