    Can’t log in because it’s broken code, constant crashing, locks you out of your account for random times. Can’t change savings names. The app is pointless it’s only somewhat convenient for transferring money between accounts and that’s literally it.

    I’m happy banking with Citizens. I like their early paycheck system, and I don’t have any complaints other than the fact that their app doesn’t have an option for push notifications for each transaction. That’s a huge disappointment for me because it lets me know anytime someone might be using my card. Automatic five stars if they could fix that.

    App overall behaves well but when you need it the most (for example out of town) it just hangs up. That busy loop is so annoying when you cant tell what its doing when you havent even entered the password yet. I just needed to make a quick transfer but oh well.
