Wansview Cloud

I'm using an SD card and an if phone. It's a painful process getting a replay but it works. I installed it on my MAC desk top hoping it would work better. Instead there is no replay available.

Can't even sign in to set up camera. Uninstalling app and returning camera. Garbage Chinese crap.

As people are mentioning in other reviews there are many features missing. No ability to view SD card video, adjust camera settings or add a new device. I would give a couple stars though at least if I was able to reliably view live video, but this app in all is just unusable. App freezes constantly and in some case even froze my whole system. My mac was stuck on the spinning beach ball and then oddly just went to the login screen. Needless to say I have removed this software from my system and will stick to the iOS version, which actually (surprisingly) functions pretty well.

The cameras are very nice, but the app makes them almost unusable. Times out quite frequently, almost like every five or ten minutes on a good day. Hoping to add the cameras to the Home app but they don't seem to be able to be detected. I have to keep closing and opening the program to get my cameras to stay on which is very inconvenient to say the least. This app needs a complete overhaul imo. Terrible.

I wish I had read the app reviews before purchasing your product on Amazon.

mac version freezes up a lot and is a barebones version compared to the ios version on my iphone and ipad. very disappointing app.

I signed in with my apple id on the app on my phone, but that isn't an option on here and it wont let me enter my password without it saying my account is invalid or something and to sign up again...

Please improve the app better so can be added wireless cameras , Thanks

There are so many features are missing from the Mac version of Wansview Cloud App compare it the IOS version I hope future version of this Mac App will support REPLAY using the SD card. This will allows me to see all the Alert video stored in the SD card. Another feature I would like to see if the App allows rearrangement the order of different Camera devices screen, this will allow me to put the Camera screen I want to monitor the most on the top order of list.

Every since I did the upgrade to THIS app my camerras have a green screen. I've contacted Wansview and they haven't replied as of yet. GOOD JOB Wansview
