    I downloaded the upgrade and now I’m having a hard time with it!.. keeps crashing and I have go in again to scan and it take about an hour 😡. Now it’s not doing anything.. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

    Camera has stopped working. I see the same complaint over and over again about not being able to login to the account!!! Disappointed!!!

    The last app update was one month ago. What did you do? The camera is uncontrollable. One touch and it dives to the ground. Another and you are looking at the wall behind the camera. Forgot fine tuning the location! If you don’t fix the software I will have to return them as useless. Way to ruin a good product.

    The app wouldn’t let me log in with phone number or email. I tried multiple numbers and emails. None of them worked. Do not recommend don’t waste your money.

    I just got this camera yesterday. Set it up and was working fine. Few hours later just keeps saying “ preparing for video”. Does this for hours on end. I can’t get into the surveillance camera at all. Not seeing any support tabs to get help with this situation either. Any tips?

    I’ve had this camera for more than two years and it works well for the price. I don’t like that you have to pay for more storage but oh well. I’ll just watch the live feed.

    I installed your app on my iPad and when I am viewing live feed It won’t stay in the correct viewing position, it keeps rotating the picture upside down, what’s the fix for that ? And I’ll change my star rating to a 5

    I have had the camera for a little while. Picture quality is pretty good at night. If you subscribe to a monthly plan to keep your videos or even the alerts that are uploaded to cloud, you cannot ever go back and watch the video feed of the recording! Not only that I have been charged twice each month for one camera, that I cannot even watch the alerts! You will never have a phone number to contact any one or email address. So if you have issues like I do, where I’m being charged twice each month, your screwed out of your miney, there is absolutely no contact information at all for them.
