At first glance, similar to battle supremacy, but missing free roam. I never took time to get comfortable with controls.

Mac OS X 10.13 High Sierra interfering with gaming mouse operation during game (Infinite Tanks). My Bluetooth mouse (Logitech MX Master) and my Logitech Proteus G502rgb wired gaming mouse lose control of the cursor in between games, and I cannot make menu selections without using arrow keys and my gamepad. The cursor simply goes into hiding. _________ UPDATE: Apple OS X 10:13.4 fixed this issue with Infinite Tanks (March 2018). However, This is NOT a True Tank Battle Game. It is more like a WILD, No Holds Barred, BANG - BANG Shootem UP prentending to be a Tank Battle Game ! There is NO realistic comparison to actual Tank Warfare, AND the addition of Rocket Firing Tanks has actually RUINED Game Play !
  • Program flaw, cheats ruin the game, no integrity

One of the operating systems that the game runs on allows users to embellish their hit damage, defense and lower the gun reload time… it also lowers the penetration level, but the game does not place much value on that number…. what else? Atypical is Typical about cleaning up the problem… they have done nothing to date… all the beta testers got away with this so far… time to pressure the developer to clean up the game before its too late. When atypical was presented with the facts, they went silent and decided not to respond. Oh no another crash, or server no available or error getting results, etc… also, a tank can have 95% damage and your shell will still bounce off, what!!! If you exit a battle, you cannot join a different battle, which was one of the benefits of Battle Supremacy… its sad that this developer has miscalculated their math and underestimated the negative reactions by the users. Don’t take it personal Atypical, just clean up your game and give everyone access the same tech.

This game is quite unlike other tank games… creativity to some extent is actually a thing in this game, which is something I never expected to be implemented in any tank game for the matter. Aside from that decent graphics and physics, a very fair (if not too generous) non-pay-to-win currency/card system (don’t change that please :D), and has both online and offline features unlike most other tank games. It hits realms that other platforms never took the time to glance at or develop. It’s simply great. My only complaint? It’s a small thing, but its not gonna change my five stars. Recently I’ve been noticing that several card components have been “withheld” from the general public (you can’t get them at all). You can get Shield, Speed, and Weapon-preferenced cards, but there is also an ATYPICAL type card category. Card components in this category have the Atypical Games logo, and these card components are usually named Beta, Alpha, etc. These unique hulls, turrets, guns, suspensions, etc. all have some sort of special designation on them, like “AB” scrawled on them or something (they just don’t look like the other components). I would like to also note that the application icon shows a tank made entirely out of ATYPICAL card components. It used to be that you could obtain only the Beta suspension out of all these components (which bore striking resemblance to the infinity symbol), but even that has been restricted from public access (guess it was a bug or something?). Atypical devs, if you’re reading this, I would like to ask you a favor: Please do release the Atypical card components! They seem very interesting to me, and I’ve only been able to use them in test drives using the “Espionage” feature. I would like to implement these parts into future vehicles that I construct. If there is a method to getting these parts already (I don’t think so though…), do let me know! That’s it, just a small thing really about the withheld card components. That’s all from me. Great game, clearly displays all the hard effort you put in. Look forward to your future games!

Great graphics, animation, visual effects and sound. Unfortunately, at this point the game doesn’t live up to it’s promise. An aggravating random card system that is used to attain parts for your tanks and a questionable leveling-up process both need revamping. Once you become familiar with the game mechanics the offline games become repetitive and unchallenging. The online game suffers from a lack of players, due in part to the unfair advantages of the brigades, a matchmaking system that which all too often creates mismatches by placing all the brigade members on one team, and more recently hackers. You can expect to spend more time diddling with the construction of your tanks and managing your inventory of parts than actually playing the game. It supports gamepads, and they work fine on the offline games, but don’t work well at all on the online games. A major update is needed to rescue this game, but as the developers have expressed no interest in providing any major future updates, I can’t recommend this game.
