For the past 25 years, MOJO has been recognized as the definitive magazine for music lovers the world over. Every month, our passionate and dedicated team create a magazine which vividly celebrates classic sounds, old and new, and the remarkable people who have made them. At MOJO’s heart, there is a profound understanding of how important music can be – an understanding shared by both its discerning and enduring international readership, and by the legendary artists themselves. Those artists respect MOJO, and have long collaborated with the magazine for revelatory interviews and bespoke free CDs. They, like the readers, implicitly trust the MOJO team to direct them to the good stuff: music from a multitude of genres and eras, made by icons and valiant young upstarts. Every issue is beautifully designs to be a place where readers can reconnect with the heroes of their youth, and discover that wealth of new artists who are re-imagining musical tradition in dynamic new ways. The MOJO Filter remains the essential music reviews section: a guaranteed guide to the finest releases each month, which encompass the magazine’s eclectic but focused mission: to find the greatest music of all time, and present it to the readers with an excitement, knowledge and insight that no other music publication can match. The articles are fabulous, but the magazine often needs to be reloaded to continue reading and doesn’t hold my place in it well.

I’ve written to Mojo many times to no avail. The app won’t log me in. It needs to be fixed.

The absolute worst. The functionality and design of the app (and both Mojo and “Great” Magazines sites) are bizarrely and uniquely awful. Their customer support comes in a close second. Form emails topped occasionally by an actual person struggling to avoid actually getting problems solved. I swear it feels like their talking past my shoulder answering somebody else’s questions. “You’ll find more information about it in our FAQ file. Here, please enjoy this dead link.” For crap’s sake, I couldn’t update my credit card on the publisher’s website! My sub didn’t auto renew and they sent no notification (I know, why do I bother??). Yet here I am again. Glutton for punishment handing over US monies to a bunch of yobs who reverted to the Pound. Oy vey. At least Jaguars and Bentleys looked pretty before they broke down ten miles later. This friggin app is a disaster that I can’t access after multiple tries and requests for help. Am I the last old white guy who needs yet another Pistols or Zeppelin article? I guess so. And now apparently I’ll miss 2 issues because,,, honestly I don’t know why. And they can barely explain which is which and how and why and they don’t reference their own stupid magazine by its issue number. Because COVID, yeah, I get it. But don’t piss down my leg and tell me it’s August in June. Or is it September? Here’s your customer number: use it for everything but nothing. Also here are more dead links and a nonsensical calendar. How is it possible that they’re customer service is worse than phone, cable, or airlines???

I paid for a year’s subscription, I should be able to keep the issues I paid for. It wasn’t cheap and I was counting on being able to keep what I paid for.
  • Absolutely the Best.

Consistently the best music mag on the planet, with good coverage of the latest artists and not ignoring the old farts. Look forward to every new issue. Love & Kisses, JboyG

Where did all the special issues I paid for vanish to? Not cool, MOJO!

Long time subscriber. The magazine has been zero help with the login process. The digital is basically a scam.

It has been since early December the last time I launched. It has not been working this week. I do believe I updated my IOS after early December.
  • Great content, poor app

Yesterday’s update was supposed to remove bugs from the app. Instead, it rendered the app inoperable. Even when it’s working, the complaints others have hold true. The app doesn’t save your place in the magazine. You constantly have to start over. The text is often missing words. Unfortunately, once the pandemic started, my physical subscription here in the States became worthless, as issues stopped arriving. So I’m stuck with this lousy app. Which doesn’t appear to work anymore.
