Tsubacheck Honor is a multi-layer security system that certifies the number of days the user has stayed in a particular country, generating the necessary documents or reports that can be used as evidence in legal cases. When an expatriate/digital nomad (person who lives and works in a country other than their country of origin) exceeds 183 days in a destination country, they must comply with certain legal obligations (visa, work permit, taxes, contracts and agreements social security, labor rights). This compliance is confirmed through a series of documents, but this option can present a series of drawbacks (fraud, person verification, document verification). If not resolved adequately, the expatriate is exposed to a series of problems (litigation, financial sanctions, deportation, deprivation of liberty, deprivation of rights and liberties, administrative sanctions, problems with the law and the police, loss of social benefits and public). Our application, Tsubacheck Honor, helps expatriates and/or digital nomads who want to comply with their legal and/or tax obligations, avoiding problems and penalties with the Administration and saving time, money and peace of mind. The Tsubacheck Honor project is developed by Undercoverlab, a company located in Andorra with a team of professionals specialized in technological developments, including engineering, software, security and legal experience.
