Initially downloaded the app to share workout data with friends (who use apple watch + iphone). App: - syncs data to apple health from fitbit (including workout type) - sync happens pretty quickly and setup is fairly easy - people i’ve shared my health data with get notifications about my workouts like apple watch users do I highly recommend this app for my use case. In addition, the developers are highly responsive to feedback. When I initially downloaded the app, workout type did not sync over and friends did not get notifications. I emailed the developers about this and they responded immediately and within about a week rolled out a fix. I am paying for premium fwiw
  • Best app for heartrate syncing

I’ve been trying to find an app to sync my resting heartrate to Apple health. Basically just trying to do a one-time export before I switch over to an Apple Watch, and heartrate was the only thing I felt my Fitbit tracked accurately. This app was the only one I found that could do a one-time heartrate sync for free!

New to the app. Directions to sync were pretty easy. Initial difficulty with info syncing (if you have had your FitBit a long time, it takes time to sync and there is a limit per hour). Reached out to customer service which actually boosted a 4/5 to 5/5. Customer service was almost immediate and walked me through everything to get things to sync appropriately. There is a fee for usage which is fair but know, it’s not a free app. It’s about $40/year or $60+ for lifetime.
  • Big Come on!

Talks a lot about getting data from fitbit to iPhone but the free option only gets steps transferred. Limited visibility to iPhone and even the “deal” options are expensive ($10/mo).

Thank you to Yuri, the problem was is on safari my pop-ups were blocked which is the reason it could not sync. The developer is very responsive when you write a view and they reach out to you. once I was able to sync, everything, all data was passed onto the Health app. Thank you for your help and support ❤️ Previous review: Does not open Fitbit account I was waiting a long time to log in to my Fitbit account and tried to bypass it go through Google Chrome. That worked but went back to the app and still did not work.

After less than a month of use the free version of the app stopped syncing and I’ve followed the instructions on how to disconnect the devices and re-sync from scratch. All those attempts have failed! It’s also lame that after the first few syncs (which synced all your info) it defaults to just steps. Then you must pay $10 a month or buy the app outright in order to sync everything. I’m sorry but this app is not worth it!

So far this app works great, but there is one important improvement I would like to be made. I wish this app synced data that would help close the activity rings in the Apple Health and Apple Fitness apps. If/When this update or feature is implemented, this would be the perfect app!
