Simply scroll or tap the arrows to select your mood on the home screen and tap the Save button to record your current mood. If you fill in the situation and reason at that time in the memo column, you can save it according to your mood. On the "Yearly" screen, the average daily mood is displayed in a list. On the "History" screen, the mood recorded on the date selected in the calendar is displayed. You can also modify the data with the edit button on the top right of the data. In addition, you can add data that you forgot to record with the "Add" button. On the "Analytics" screen, you can view graphs of changes in mood over the week, month, and year. On the "Settings" screen, you can set the first day of the week for the calendar. You can choose to start Monday or Sunday. In the free version, you can check the history for up to one week. If you want to check all the history, please consider purchasing the premium version in the app. ---------------------- Terms of Use and Privacy Policy: https://akikibai-laboratory.jimdofree.com/privacy-policy/

Pretty good. Works right and all, but it’s just really simple. Not much to it and kind of boring.

This app is great. Low friction of use therefore it’s easy to get into. You open the app, choose how you feel, write a blurb as to why, and move on. Most mood tracking apps are too overly involved with what they do. This is not and that makes it easier to be consistent with tracking your moods. At least for myself. If you find yourself overwhelmed with mood tracking applications then give this one a go.
