Description

• Scan your site checking for broken links • Check images and linked files as well as all internal and external links • See problems at-a-glance highlighted in colour. Double-click for more detailed information • In short, improve your website's quality and search engine ranking If you've maintained a website for any length of time, you'll know that links very quickly become broken, because we move, delete or change our own pages, and other people that we link to do the same. This is called 'link rot' A broken link on your site is a dead end for your visitors and will also be bad news for your search engine optimisation (SEO). Unless you enjoy clicking every single link on your site followed by the back button, then you'll need to use a website crawler like Integrity! Feed it your home page address (url) and Integrity will follow all of your internal links to find your pages, checking the server response code for all internal and external links found. Important note about features: Reviewers sometimes give low star ratings due to lack of x feature. The free version of Integrity is deliberately no-frills - no more than a simple but effective link checker.  Integrity Plus has more features, such as filtering, sorting, exporting, XML sitemap functionality and managing multiple sites. Integrity Pro adds SEO / spell checking and Scrutiny is an even more advanced app.

I have a site with 4576 images and every other dead link checker I have tried stops after a max of 3000, usually way less. This little treat is so powerful and customizable the way it searches, I have found dead links I did not even have a clue exisisted. I will use it for all my other sites now too, I only sought it out to check this big site, but who knows what I am missing with the other free ones!
  • Still going strong

This is honestly one of the oldest apps I have from the App Store, but I still install it on all my machines and use it regularly. Why? Because despite looking, I haven't found an app that is this simple but still powerful enough to do what I need to do. I don't manage any huge sites, but I use this to regularly check many, many smaller sites that have rapidly changing information where links can be broken/out of date quickly and it works great. Results are easy to read & understand broken down by error types. I especially appreciate that it shows you links that are found, but have been moved (200, 301, 302) as well as including all checked URLs that have no error in the output. Finally - this app is from an era I miss: the one where "the developer does not collect any data from this app." Thanks!!
  • The end to manually checking

I can finally do this the easy way instead of manually checking, clicking, every link and image. I just wish all websites developers would find this becuase I am tired of going to a website that a lot of the links don't work.

Great product! Automates the tedious task of checking your website regularly for broken links, etc... SUPER handy if you have a lot of external links! Thanks for a great product!

I don't use this tool very frequently, but when I do it works great. Thanks for keeping it up to date even for purchases that were made a long time ago.
  • The copy links function doesn’t work

It seems like a very good tool. I really like the clean interface, the ease of use, and how simple it is. However, in my everyday work the app becomes useless because I cannot copy the list of link urls from the app because the command-C function does not work.
  • Totally wasted my time with this thing

On the recommendation of a co-worker, I downloaded this thing and attempted to use it to scan a fairly large web site. Only after scanning for an hour and half did I find out that there’s absolutely no way to export the results. They have removed all traces of any kind of export functionality from this version. Turns out my co-worker was using an earlier version that still had that functionality. This program actually cost me money, as I cannot bill my customer for the wasted 1.5 hours, and I must perform the scan again with a different tool. I recommend that you don’t try to use this tool if you need to export the results. Personally, I will not be trying any other software from this company.
  • I wish I hadn't updated

If they charged for a paid product on the App Store, I would have bought it. Taking away functionality was not the way to go. It was a useful app, but I will now search for a replacement, paid or otherwise, but not from this developer.
  • Definitely Do Not Update!

I am so bummed I updated because now I can’t use the export functionality that used to be standard. I wouldn’t mind paying for a pro version if it was easy to do so within the App store. I appreciate the free app, but removing existing features is a big disappointment.
