    Every time I try to look up tickets for a show the screen just goes black. Even looking up artist the screen either shows no dates or just goes black

    They keep putting out updates but ain’t fixin squat! This app doesn’t work, just keeps showing it buffering. So f’ing ridiculous! How about a new version instead of so called ’bug fixes’ that aren’t doing anything

    I can’t even use this app anymore because all it does is buffer. It won’t even pull up the shows or my home page. I can’t find shows or anything for the lack of a format.

    When I search an artist the screen goes black. Worked fine before. Tried some workarounds. No success. Will try to buy tickets on their sister site. Side note. Fees are criminally high. :/

    Bring back the days of just mailing me my tickets… sheesh. This website and app are awful. Trying to access my tickets ahead of time so I don’t have to struggle to pull them up at tomorrows show. What should have taken 3 minutes took 15 having to reset passwords and with the app itself failing to load my tickets to my Apple wallet cause i absolutely don’t want to have to open this trashy app in the middle of accessing the show tomorrow.

    Sort by “recent reviews” that will get rid of all of the fake/paid for reviews…App doesn’t work. Presale codes don’t work. Presale events that you register for suddenly disappear w/no explanation. What a terrible terrible company.
