    Hard to navigate and find “events”. It doesn’t always show all available places to park. And let’s get real about the log in scene not letting you just log in. It send you an email that is delayed by about 10 mins and then is expired. Really? Just let me log in with a password. This is a waste of my life. Trash.

    Great when it works, but.. I somehow got logged out and can’t log back in because ParkMobile insists on “helpfully” sending an email to my email address rather than letting me use a username and password. Only problem - the email NEVER arrives. And yes, I’m checking spam, have the right email address etc. I’m looking at an email address and password for ParkMobile in my Password Manager - let me use it! Developers - it’s fine to have “send a link to log in” be an OPTION (well, actually not actually great from a security perspective, but I understand why you do it). But please don’t take away the option to use a password!

    App logs you out and then the required verification e-mail takes 3+ hours to receive. Also, it's impossible to reorder your favorite zones.

  • Selling Your Personal information

    To delete the account Park Mobile is forcing users to complete a form with all of their personal information in order for them to NOT sell your personal information! Personal info that was not requested when the app was installed and used. As soon as this app is installed the “sell my personal information” is automatically checked in the on position. Of course you don’t know this bc you don’t automatically go to accounts bc you’re trying to set this thing up while trying to figure out why you can’t just find an onsite kiosk to pay for parking. This is alarming and egregiously intrusive just to park in a place that claimed to have 2 hr complimentary parking. Removed the app as soon as my time ran out. I can only hope that is enough to drop whatever personal info they already have for which they have not paid me. Ugh!

    EVERY DAY when I would need to park, it would log me out of my account and make me log back in. But the login process is far from simple. It would say it sent me an email with a link to log in with. It would either: A) send an email with a broken link Or B) not send the email at all. WHY DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT AT ALL?! Let me check out as a guest. This is just to park a car.
