    Worst app while watching the live streaming. Some the video plays some times it doesn’t play. If there is zero ratings for this application I will give zero

    No option to just view the scorecard. It autoplays the video. Which is very annoying. At least play the video muted. Very bad experience

    I signed up for Cricbuzz and saw the 100% cash back from Abound offer. So I decided to sign up for the “Willow by Cricbuzz, Monthly” subscription on Cricbuzz. It then directed me to Abound to sign up and claim cash back. I signed up for that but it sent me to Willow website to sign up and claim cash back. I figured that it would sync with cricbuzz on the subscription since I used the same email and phone number, but it billed me again. So now I have two subscriptions one on cricbuzz and one on Willow both under my name/details for the same service and for same plan for same dates. I sent an email out to Cricbuzz support to help with this but had no response in about 10 days. If Willow is a service by Cricbuzz as it says, and cricbuzz is charging for Willow subscription on its website then how come Willow charges for the same service again on their website even when the customer details and card details are same? I hope they rectify this issue and reverse one of the double charges. I’ll edit my response if/when they provide support.

    AirPlay is hit or miss! Downloaded an Apple TV version and that has its own unforgivable quirks. Logs you out everyday, requiring an OTP entry. And after you’ve entered the OTP, it is a fine art to rerun back to Home Screen … it seems to force you to log off by putting your cursor on the log off button everytime. If there were a cost effective alternative to this app to view IPL T20, I would drop it in a heartbeat.

  • Remove auto play option and add play button

    I understand your intention to capture the customer's attention, but it's crucial to consider the customer's perspective as well. For example, when I simply wanted to check the score, it immediately redirected me to the "watch now" tab which is not even first tab in the options, playing the video directly while I was in a meeting. This is just one instance, but I've encountered numerous similar issues.

As a cricket fan, I want to quickly check scores without distractions, but the app defaults to live streaming upon opening. While it offers extensive content, including news, videos, and stats, the user experience needs improvement. Consider exploring alternatives like ESPN cricinfo for a cleaner interface.

    I have subscribed their annual plan to view matches in US and it worked for the first few days and suddenly it stopped. Tried contacting the customer care numerous times but no reply. Customer service is a joke

    They take your money saying they will let you watch matches but they transfer you to different app where you have to also buy their subscription and they will only give you cash-back if you buy the subscription from other app. Total scam customer service is bad. Don’t download
