I have followed all the trouble shooting steps to get the lamps to connect to the app and nothing works. It’s extremely disappointing. I ordered the lamps from Amazon and did a review there as well. No response from the seller/developer. Waste of money.

Lights strip and camera supposed to color match the screen and does the opposite. All the led color you can select actually cause an opposite color to show. No user guide so it makes zero sense how to correct it. Waste of money, completely.

It work great the first day. I plugged it up and the lights turned on. The very next day I was excited to show off the LED lights I installed on the back of my tv. I opened the app to turn them on and they did not come on. I kept clearing the app and going back in but it did not work. I finally deleted the lights from the app. I went to add them and the app took a few tries before they reconnected. After reconnecting I thought they would come on…… nope….. I went through all of that to install to only see them turn on once.

Whenever I leave the house the light disconnects from the phone requiring me to have to manually re-connect it. I have the lights set up pretty high and requires a ladder to reconnect these anytime I wanna use the lights. The company is better off sending controllable remotes than having customers use their smartphones if they have problems like this
  • Bunk. Not working.

This is so strange. I have 2 lights and no connection. Not a good app at all
  • Connection?

I put the lights on my roof to aim them at a picture in a projection manner, but I am having a problem where I can’t seem to keep my phone connected. Every time I leave the house, and I get home, my phone isn’t connected with the lights, so if I want to turn them on, I have to get on a ladder, and reconnect them to my phone so I don’t have to get back up to turn them off. The frustration is real.
  • I'm not able to keep the phone connected to lamp

I'm having to keep reconnecting my phone to app everyday, for some unknown reason the bluetooth of my iphone is having trouble connecting to lamp on a daily basis. Pretty frustating. App creators should make a way to connect through Alexa.
