Smart Light - one key control

at first the app was fine but then after a while it made me repeatedly sign in every time i tried to turn on the light and now it just stopped working it won't even let me sign in or make a new account and i lost the remote so i can't even do anything anymore there just no fan now and im going feral

This App sign you out every time you open it. It doesn’t even work. I’m planning on replacing the fan. Too much of a hassle to deal with.

Worked more or less for my ceiling fan/light was buggy and had repeated sign-in issues… I use the remote more but then my AT&T internet service started blocking it “to stop private data from being exposed” then in the App Store I noticed it needs permission of my photos and videos for unknown reasons. So definitely a red flag especially from a Chinese company. Deleting app and just going to use the remote.

To set up an account, You need to enter a code that is sent to your email account but the email is never received. Not the in box or spam. It doesn’t show up and there is no alternative way to get a code

Fix the thing. Shouldn’t need to sign in every time I want to turn my fan on or the light.

Not sure why all the bad reviews but it works great for me. It does not ask me to login every time I open the app. The fan functions work just fine. The lights work even better. You can deem the light change the intensity of the light turn on and off set a timer everything works just as it supposed to. The only thing that the app is missing, is the option to change the rotation of the fan.

if I could give this, no stars, I would this app is terrible. I woke up at 5 AM to the freaking heavens of light and I couldn't go to sleep and I don't have the remote anymore so it won't let me login so now I can't even turn my light off and I got straight blinded. I would like some eye surgery from you cause that's what you owe me at this point, this is the worst app I've ever use whoever made this needs to get arrested and charged with a felony because this is terrible. It should be illegal to make this terrible of an app so send me a new remote, new fan or some new eyes pick one.

It took me a month to get the app to synch up. Moreover, it will eventually sign you out and you won’t be able to sign back in. Passwords won’t work. Horrible.

*update 2* app now won’t sign in at all. Making the app completely useless. I don’t understand why you need to sign in to control a ceiling fan anyway(in my case) *update* The app keeps asking me to sign BACK in, every time I open it. It is so annoying! ————— I got his fan as a gift and I am loving it! It took me a minute to get the app synced with my iPhone, but that was user error. “Power off and on” means flip the light switch, duh, lol. I’ve been using both the remote and the app and haven’t had a single issue. I love the timer function, I set the scene to “night light” and set the timer for 1-2 minutes. And by the time I’m cozy in bed it shuts the light off for me! There are some things I would love to add. I would like to have a widget or something. Just to make it easier to turn lights on and off.

Need to update email address but in order to do it …it states to delete acct and start fresh . Email address edit is greyed out
