    The games are enjoyable, and I’ve had very few "bugs" with them. Also, the developers are quick to respond to problems. Just one thing bugs me … they all drain my iPad battery like crazy. I’ve never had this happen with other developers’ games. Any thoughts on why that happens?

    This is one of the least responsive games I’ve played. So many times I tapped on an object or dragged a tool into a scene, only for nothing to happen. Then, out of desperation, I use a Hint. Lo and behold, it’s the exact thing I tried to do twenty times! This is ridiculous, and I hope they decide it’s worth it to fix this issue.

    When the voices are supposed to be heard there is no sound but I hear everything else. No I’m not going email and I’m not taking a screenshot of video both of which are always impossible. So don’t ask just fix your game. 🤗😳

    When the characters talk to you, you can’t hear them!! What’s up with that?? There must be a major glitch with the sound in this game!! I know you would want me to email your specialists, but I don’t get paid to email game developers issues with their games!! That’s what pre-release testing is for!! I love the secret city series, but issues like this make me less inclined to play these games! I would have given the game a better rating, but the sound issue made me take 3 stars away. Sorry, domini games 🤬

    What happened with the sound of the voices? Checked the button in settings, even deleted the game and installed again and no change at all. I can hear the rest of the sounds although.

  • Having trouble

    In the game where, in the beginning, where the chalk gets stolen. I am having a hard time moving the pictures. Takes a few times at least to move a picture. Sometimes they go in the opposite direction that I want them to go. When the car is on fire and i have to play the game with the green gems on a checker type board. I put one down and touch another and it makes me start over.

    When I got to the Alps, and picked up wrench I couldn't use it on the faucet nut. It keeps telling me " thats not right".

  • Crashed and destroyed all my progress

    The game itself is fun when it works. But this is the second game like this from this publisher where a bug suddenly orevent all progress. I have the item. I try to use it. The item looks loke it was used - but the game will not progress. The item is gone and irrecoverable. Restarting doesnt fix. Reinstalling doesnt fix. Its just done. Oddly, when Inmove to a new room, the item appears in my inventory. When I return to the room its supposed to be used in - it vanishes. As I said - this is the second game that doesn this from them so Quality Control is kinda weak. I wont start from scratch, so just have to delete and forget the game forever. Too bad.
