  • Love the game but is VERY buggy

This game is super fun to play, as you’d expect from the creator of MIYAMOTO, but wow, is it buggy. Lots of freeze ups and crashes. Characters are difficult to place. But when you get through a game, it’s very satisfying.

So if you drag your guys out enough times you can kind of force the game to allow you to field as many pawns as you want. Same for the enemies, if you grab them enough times they’ll be moved to the center of the Dias during the placement phase. Then with a little nudging you just place your own guy on top of them over and over and you can push them off to be destroyed before the fight ever starts. I wish there were more instructions available because the way the fairy can Hurry another pawns turn to be immediately available is not at all intuitive. Figured it out by accident. Also each pawn has its own speed rating for turn order. Valkyrie is much faster than berserker for instance. Lots of hidden mechanics. This game is very pretty and unique- and it was certainly a pleasure to play. The game is a worthy time buster but lacks real replayability

Great fun, challenging as well, highest score with some cheating thus far is 580. Regarding cheating it is possible to put as many pawns out as you have. Futz with a pawn that is not on the board, by placing it off to the side or in between staging area and board, and eventually it will look like it is suspended in the air, then it can be placed anywhere on the board, even though 4 are already on the board. I have been able to place 9 on the board at once. The 580 score is with 5 pawns. And fairies are the best, pair with an archer or wizard, and bump your archer or wizard and they get an extra turn.

It’s a super cool concept with really poor execution. Idk if y’all forgot the password to login and edit your game, but there are a tremendous amount of bugs. I e movement between pieces/and just losing purses mid game for no reason. Fell off the table when selected.
  • Cool game but lacking.

Beat it very quickly, no middle ground or sustain. Either you get good pawns and dominate or you you get destroyed. It’s more chance than strategy. I wish this game would get an update to balance it a bit. Over all a very cool concept with good mechanics and great visuals but it really just needs more.
  • Um okay

Cool game, got the hang of it and made it to the final boss. And then the game decides to force shut down, no reason just guess I’m not allowed to finish the game. Very glitchy and the view of the board is cut of in many angles. The blur is also not cool.
  • Too short - unfinished gem.

A great starting point to a game but I felt like there should be something further. I finished this in an hour and there’s nothing to gain. No new clases. No new challenges. No new environments. You just start over.
  • High potential, low execution

Game looks totally my style: miniatures, strategy, roguelike. It looks great. Sadly the execution has a lot of bugs, and you’re bound to be frustrated by making wrong moves or dealing with the annoying scrolling. The bosses are poorly balanced and it feels like the developer spend more time making it look cool than playing well unfortunately.
  • good, wish the dev cared

so much fun and such a unique concept. this game at least needs moderate progress, dungeon logs, or an endless mode. it's a surprisingly very fun game and easy once you get the hang of it but it desperately needs just a little more. at least miyomoto had SOME progress, albeit not very much at all. this one doesn't. either let people work on it or make it free, man. i'm sure this game has potential.
  • Good but potential to be awesome

Love the idea! Fun to play little miniature fighting game, brings back memories of me my brother and I playing Heroquest back in the day. Mechanics are very hit or miss, literally! If any of your heroes are in front of you or even close to you or the enemy, it will be a wasted turn because 100% of the time your attack will miss 😩and most missed attacks in a round spell doom for you because the enemies health and attack points increase tremendously with each round while your heroes are dead or dying with measly stats. Because of battle mechanics I try to grab Wizards and Archers and combine them whenever possible, the only times I’ve ever beat this game is with leveled wizard or archer (archer attack points can be close to 100 by end of game if you get lucky). Different heroes or a better stat system would increase enjoyment of this game immensely! Also, Fairies are completely useless! Low health and no attack but you are still required to make them “ attack” essentially putting them in harms way so they uselessly die by turn 2 or 3??? What’s the point, at least make them stationary or better yet, replace them with a totem or shrine that gives stat boosts to your Useful Heroes. Well, that’s my 2 cents. I still play this game once a month or two but really bummed it’s not reaching its full potential!
