Description

The Bluegreen Vacations Mobile App allows its users to make Activities reservations ahead of time without waiting until you get to the resort. The icons contained within the App will provide more information about experiences in and around the resort before you arrive. You can view current Activity Schedules, restaurant selections, and even complete necessary waivers digitally before you arrive so there is no unnecessary downtime on your vacation. With the ability to streamline communication, this App allows users to view openings for onsite activities, see last minutes updates about amenities onsite, and even communicate concerns to the Management team in real time by using your phone. Simply choose the resort you are visiting or plan to visit as your favorite and you will receive any updates affecting your vacation stay. Choose from our five (5) select properties as you travel to Bluegreen properties in NC, TN, and SC. They include Blue Ridge Village, Harbour Lights, MountainLoft Resort, Shore Crest Vacation Villas, and SeaGlass Tower.

    There is nothing useful on this app. No owner login, no reservation option, not even all properties on the app.

    I totally agree with Cody. Any owner, but especially a premier owner, shouldn’t be pushed aside for this vacation club. We deserve our own app (and our own phone line). Bluegreen - use those fees we pay and make owners a priority again

    Generic site. Owners are not able to view their account activities as presented on the website. This site needs to be owner friendly. Step up the game..thx

    Very basic and does not have the new resorts. For example: San Antonio. Your company gets big money… how about getting a better app.

    So this is cool but I think what owner want is the normal website all built in an app, I want to see points, make reservations, see all resort, chat, have more resort pictures and more in depth details. This looks to be developed in a basic build an app software for anyone. With how much we pay Bkuegrene can afford to release a top notch app. Cause they sure aren’t using it to add on new resorts that they keep talking about with the western expansion…. Come on do better we deserve better.

    The previous app was terrible and this one is worse. Only shows four “favorites” and no others. Search function does not work. Guess BlueGreen has forgotten about customer service. Please (!) hire someone who knows how to write functional apps! I know a couple teenagers that work for Apple and making good money. Maybe they can help you.

    So many things wrong with this app! 1.) where are all the resorts. I only have 4 generating. 2.) when I log in I have 0 visibility into my account. It seems nothing changes from when I’m logged out. Why even offer the feature. 3.) Add price features & photos for owners so we can browse and plan. 4.) The many options, activities, amenities, etc. are great. Stick with that idea, but kick it up a notch. Owners pay way to much for mediocre service and experience. 5.) Navigation is a mess. Where is the menu on the homepage? 6.) Icons are to large, descriptions are to small and to long on some. Overall, you can do better Bluegreen. Please do so!

    It won’t let me choose a resort other than the last one we were in. That was in another state. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded the app and had no luck. I’ll be deleting it again.

    If I could click zero stars I would. The resorts that populate are in the south east and not anywhere near me. Also trying to search is a joke as no resorts come up no matter how you search. Not sure if those three in the south east are the only ones registered but it sure seems like it. Going to delete this off my iPhone write after I lock I. This review. Just awful.
