    The app works great. Not sure why I see people saying there are so many problems. This guitar has the best sounding amps and effects I have ever used. The amp feel is also incredible. Keep up the great work on this.

    Update: below. Drum machine will not scroll between supposedly 40 styles or rhythm patterns. Only displays one pattern. Firmware update is current and have reinstalled app twice. Update: issue resolved. Online support helpful.

  • Bluetooth doesn’t stay connected for more than 10 seconds

    Bluetooth connection will find the guitar and connect initially but then drops and disconnects after a few seconds. Really frustrating and makes it impossible to use the real features of the guitar

  • Doesn’t work as advertised. No support

    The app is just glitchy! Connects…then the guitar doesn’t load…My looping function simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried to email support several times, but the contact us page just flashes something in Korean for 5 seconds and then nothing happens. The built in effects are great. Really wish they would fix this app or at least provide enough information to possibly troubleshoot it.

    I can’t get the GTRS MIDI Bluetooth app to stay connected for more than 15 seconds on an iPhone 13 Max. The audio stays connected just fine. The app and guitar are pretty useless until you get this sorted out. Once you do get it fixed I think this will be a very cool app/electronic guitar pairing. The guitar is very nice but the app really doesn’t work.
