Sounds of Broadway

I love listening to this station! I have always been a Broadway musical fan and considered myself pretty well versed, but from this station I am learning about a broad range of shows that I was never aware of before! Many favorites here as well. Spanning the whole timeline of musical theatre. I also appreciate the weekly broadcast of a whole show. Heard Hadestown recently which I knew about but had not heard before. Nice to hear John Cullum — formerly a local boy. Also appreciate there is not much repetition. On some channels, there is about 3 hrs of programming that repeats all day and every day that week— That gets boring. So “Bravo!” To On Broadway!

I got sick of listening to the same 12 songs on the Pandora, etc Broadway playlists. This is amazing; I haven’t heard a repeat song in over a week!

This is for all lovers of Broadway. Curated playlists streaming all day long! I love how Stu celebrates the golden age right along with the contemporary shows. Great work!!

Unlike most radio stations, Sounds of Broadway plays a great selection of well known song and songs from obscure and lesser known musicals.

The app is just as advertised, an online radio station dedicated to bway musicals. It plays a nice variety of new and no so new, popular and less well known. I listen as background in my home.

You can't change the song when you don't want to listen to the song on and they only play the old less cool music usually
