Bakery - Study Timer

I wish I could click on a baked good to see how much time I spent studying for that item. I also would like to have a total of study time on each day so I can know.

I downloaded the app this morning and I’m loving it! All the tasty looking treats and the handy timers, and the perfect artwork, it’s all so visually pleasing! The only thing that holds this back from 5 stars is burning goods. I went to go ask my friend for assistance on something, and I come back to find my goods are burnt 😭 I was a little sad about it, but I got over it Overall amazing app though

The lack of features and new recipes really turns me off. This is the first study timer I have used, and I was attracted to the cute bakery theme of it all. With that said, I really cannot accurately compare this to the study timers on the market right now, but I do have a good idea of why some choose those over this one. I want to list a few problems I have ran into while using this app: problem 1 - When I study for too long, the burning of my pastry acts as a punishment, why is that? Shouldn’t the user be rewarded for going over the set limit? This is a nice feature for short time studies, but as someone trying not to touch their phone at all while in a hardcore studying session, this is VERY annoying. problem 2 - When I do bake my pastries to completion without burning them, they are not sorted by what they are. For example, donuts are by the parfaits and not on their own single row. I like to say organized and have a clean look to many things I do, this really bothers me. Adding the ability to sort by type would be amazing. problem 3 - I was surprised to see that the recipes were the only thing I could spend my coins on, I thought there would be more customizable pieces to the timer, such as how the display case looks. problem 4 - The max time is only 2 hours?? problem 5 - more of a personal issue…but whyyy are the maxed time goods golden??? It looks like an unhealthy fresh dog poop, especially with the parfait. Perhaps a new artwork is in order? problem 6 - a leaderboard and ability to invite friends!!! That is all I have. I don’t think i’ll use this timer for the long term, but I’ll try if this app still listens to feedback and gets updates. Don’t get me wrong, I love love LOVEEE this app, but I really want these problems I listed to either be considered, improved, or removed entirely.

The app is good but there are times when it glitches and your baked goods burn when your phone turns off.

I usually take 2 hours for me to do my homework because of me getting unfocused but this app helped me the most out of all the apps I’ve tried. I love the concept of the cupcakes and the notification when you get out of the app. So awesome would recommend !

It’s a very good concept and when it works I really enjoy it. However the app appears to reset every day, and doesn’t remember that I’ve already been through the tutorial. Not a big deal, I get a free ticket every day and it does remember that I’ve used those tickets on previous items. However, if I ever decline a call that comes through my phone it burns whatever I’m currently cooking and that’s super annoying. I’m trying to remove the distraction, so not being able to accept or deny calls without it burning is a really bad feature.

I seriously love this app. I never write reviews for apps but this one deserves one! This app really does help you stay on task. I really like that the burnt baked goods stay on your record, because it keeps me motivated. BUT I would LOVE if there was a five minute break option. Sometimes studying for over an hour can get pretty tiring, and even studies show that a five minute break in between helps get your brain back on track. I would love if I could add in a five minute break where I could go on other apps on my phone halfway through my timers.

I downloaded this app when I started a new school. I wanted to get ahead with my work so I downloaded a study app. This one is cute with a nice concept however t there are a few things. Primarily i hate how if you burn a cupcake you have to start over. I know that’s the concept but as a person who listens music on my phone it’s very annoying when I go to skip a song and find out two hours of process is all deleted. Other then that it’s fien

This as is so cute and productive! But to make at more fun and interesting, why not add a leaderboard? Who earned more coins? Who baked more sweets? And you updated it every week. I hope you take it into consideration >:3

This app is strangely motivating. I look forward to collecting new recipes and even started studying for two hour sessions to earn the golden pastries and coins. Thanks to this app, I’ve finally made a dent in my summer reading!
