    Could not get a hold of my card and my phone did not save my password when I went to try and get my password it needed you’re card info which I don’t have so I’m stuck out of my money called customer support and they can’t even help me log in he wanted to give me a blank check like if we on the 90s

    When I try to withdraw money from my checking account, the transaction is blocked. I receive the text message asking me to confirm if it’s me by replying “yes”. They don’t get my reply text back from any of my phones. It’s the only way they have to confirm it’s me. They said is not their problem if I send the text and they don’t receive it. I’ve talked to over 20 people, escalated 2 times. They say it’s fix, there is no hold, however, when I try to withdraw money, they just block it again. So dissatisfied after almost 2 years . Sad thing is , before someone committed fraud and stole $500 from my account and they didn’t pay it back. Now, they block my account as a security measure, I have a million ways to confirm it’s me, but they just don’t want to unlock it.

    I only downloaded again to get balance on card and now I can’t turn up my volume or use the buttons. Don’t know how that could be but started right after downloading the app

    It’s a good banking app but I got logged out of my card for no reason, I reseted my password and everything and still won’t let me log in.

    They don’t listen my card got lock for no reason they never try to help me but they did lock my card after i told them don’t lock my card they didn’t care what i said lock my card an now making me go threw alot to get another card activate

    I work for Amazon and use Wisely for my pay now stuff and can instantly get money from a shift I’ve worked once I’ve clocked out with this. Love it. It’s come in handy to pay unexpected bills.
