Hard to understand what to do and how to connect

App work alright for the first couple months then been having trouble just trying to sign in to look at my cameras. Take about 30 times to sign in just keeps saying operating fail try again and you do that about 30 times and then finally lets you in get really old fast.

I can’t download the app to my new Samsung phone

Suddenly cannot log on it says operation failed? Has been doing this for a week now

This is the strangest application I’ve ever used. For the first two months I was very impressed. Then one afternoon I was no longer able to view any video on my iPhone or iPad ( I’ve deleted the application and reinstalled. Still no access to video. What’s strange is on another iPhone video work’s perfect. Need help, I’m confused.

The hard drive burned out and a replacement required within 16 months .decent resolution good night vision .. I have never been able to access via app or wirelessly to see when I’m not around . Wish they could figure out how to connect the cameras to the app this is the whole reason I purchased so I can keep an eye on things while I’m away :/

I am unable to view on the Danale App they said the server had irreparable failure and no longer supports the services of some devices. I was advised to use this App but only 1 of my 8 views are available. Was told if it didn't work to purchase a new NVR. Not very good support.

This app works for a few days but then stops working and won’t let you log in. It’s been almost a week or two that the app has stopped on all phones which doesn’t allow us to view the cameras with our phones. This needs to be looked into.
