Description

An AI ship full of frozen colonists must find the best planet to be the new home of the human race. A randomly-generated text-based strategy game. Push your luck: do you settle here, on this not-quite-ideal planet, or keep searching and risk your ship being damaged in the journey? The planets you encounter are randomly generated, and as you travel you encounter random events, so each playthrough is different. See the stories of the colonies you found, and keep trying for a higher score.

I’ve had this game for a few years now and every so often I come back to it. The replayability of this game fascinates me. I’m always striving to get a new high score (I’m gonna get 12k at some point).

It’s simply a great game, nothing more nothing less.

This is a throughout and amazing game, and I have been playing it for hours. It’s really made me think about the universe in general. The only thing I think they could add is if they made a thing where you could view all the different things you can get and how they effect your score. Like it would show all the different technology levels and how many points they give you. I also question if ejecting the dictator ever works. Other then that, bestest game since one game 4 years ago.
  • Good but wish it was longer

Please make a longer version of after you land, back story, choices of life and death or progression with characters and even pictures if you can.

Ive been playing this game for 6 months now and i can say it’s extraordinary. That seens a bit far fetched but it is! For a game so simple its really immersive and interesting. I have almost no complaints, but it would be cool if there were more events and you get to know more about what happens to the colony. But my major issue is that this game hasnt been updated in 4 years. It would be great if you could but sometimes there are other things to do….
  • Nothing after landing

Sad I can’t manage the colony after landing and that the game ends so soon after landing. Could have been fun making decisions after landing.

Hi! I spent the past two days playing this in my phone browser, then paid some money to download it on my computer, realized there was an App Store option, and decided to do that to switch back to the phone interface while still being able to save more of my runs. However, there is a weird glitch in the app where the box of my ship stats doesn’t scroll along with the page, but it also doesn’t stay fixed at the top of the window; when I need to scroll down to read about an event or see my final scores, the stats box jumps random up and down the page as I scroll. The game itself I love! But this glitch is annoying.

This was the first game I downloaded on my new iPhone 14 having played several other space games on pc I wanted to see if there was one on the ap store for my new phone but didn’t want anything battery draining or that would overheat my phone so I saw this and thought I’ll give it a try. Pretty cool game it’s definitely a strategy game even without all the flashy graphics you’ll enjoy the game it allows for a lot of imagination and gives you details to help form in your mind what it is that’s going on. Not only does it allow you to make decisions it also gives you bonuses and incentives for having made those decisions but also there are consequences. Do you keep all the colonists alive safely nestled in their cryo sleep chambers or do you sacrifice them for the good of the ship? Do you sacrifice one scanners ability to make that life saving maneuver that may alter the course you’re on and end in disaster or do you keep that scanner intact and push the seed ship to its unknown limits. You get alot of play room to decide on what it is you’ll prioritize. Reading will go a long way for you in this game. There are many uncertainties and different paths. My stats were quite low and I was on my very last probe I had traveled for millennias and lost much of the ships cabilities to sustain any safe trajectory towards choosing a place to colonize luckily enough I managed to avoid having my colonists being sucked into a black hole at least twice, the victims of a same scenario at least once and likely killed by warring nations one planet while also escaping likely uncertain doom. I don’t want to spoil it but it’s likely impossible to spoil with so many different outcomes possible. Definitely give it a shot.
