    I’ve had the app for a number of years and really appreciate that new and varied routines are added regularly. I have the annual subscription and regularly get more and more routines without added charges. Bravo to this app Recently added 5 minute Funrobics! More like that. My only complaint is that I keep getting the same workouts choices and don’t know how to get more variety except to use Search and sometimes it doesn’t even get get me what I want. I’m on the email list which delivers new workouts and break sessions to my email but I don’t know how to get them on my app or to transfer them from the email to the app.

    If you like being nagged or believe constant reminders will motivate you, go for it. As for me, I find the too frequent reminders annoying and therefore demotivating. After the first few, the character began to look like Clippy, the old Microsoft “assistant “ that was always in the way. A few of the workouts looked interesting, but I’m betting I can find Qi Kung videos on YouTube.

    I used to like Wakeout, then came the AI. I don’t know if it’s that, but the exercises no longer suit my environment or they simply don’t suit my body. I’ve had a lot of back surgery and knee surgery so there’s a few positions that I can’t get into. Unfortunately that’s all of their night time stretches. Tonight I just wanted a few standing stretches but I could not find a block of them. They kept switching between standing and sitting. I’m tired of not finding what I know is there, or used to be. I’m tired of writing emails begging for Wakeout to change. Not that I would expect a personal response, but I don’t even receive a standard automated reply. I’m done. I am so upset I spent so much money on the AI version.
