    Will update review and change stars when they fix app. It doesn’t show everything on the Home Screen it only shows document print and scan. Nothing use. So I can’t use mine. I deleted app reset the printer everything still not working. It also takes forever to connect.

    I can long in online, but not on the app. It keeps saying my user doesnt exist. So i click register on the app, it sends a verification code, but nothing comes. Now what am i suppose to do?

    I have an iPhone 13 Pro, and I used to be able to print with the paperang printer (not smoothly though…) After the new update, the app simply won’t connect and I’ve tried multiple times. The printer is not cheap, and I’m really sorry I bought it because it’s useless now. I hope you fix the app soon.

    Just bought new printer. Keeps saying network error when registering and scanning QR code to pair. Tried several different phones on 3 different companies.

    Not connecting after most recent update. It always seems to happen after each update and lasts for a while until they get around to catching up. It’s always frustrating.

    I bought the C1 several months ago to give to my granddaughter but decided to keep it myself. I downloaded the app but the option for a C1 isn’t there. I tried to register but it won’t take my password. The error message that appears at the top is cut off so I can’t see what it is I’m missing. So now it says “frequent verification “ so I’m assuming I’ve been locked out. I tried logging in with my fb login but that didn’t work either. I AM ANGRY!
