My problem was that if you did not have premium, the only thing you could sync was your steps. this basically makes the app useless if you don’t have premium.

I have created an account in the app and can’t get past the first screen. There are no directions explaining what the next step is and the help search does not give any information

The appeal of this app is for the data to regularly update automatically from Fitbit to the Health app. My app has not updated automatically since download; the data will not transfer unless I manually refresh the sync. I've tried redownloading both Fitbit and Sync to Health, but no luck. I've also contacted support at least 3 times via their in-app link, but have received no response. I paid for the app to access all features. The performance and lack of customer service is incredibly frustrating and disappointing

Not syncing correctly between Apple and Fitbit, which is the reason I purchased the app. My stats numbers are off between them The pro ads and advertisements comes on every time i go into the app , I don’t want Pro , I should not be getting ads I paid for the regular app

I don’t like this app at all. I thought it was the official Fitbit app (because I’m unsure how to use some of this stuff without help at first) only to find out it isn’t. Additionally, I can’t even use it properly even if I did want to keep it. The only thing it is easy to manage is getting it to take your payment! Some how it did that, yet I can’t even properly sign in!! Really don’t understand why things have to be this difficult.
