    I set up a card to auto pay this account and they charged me twice a month for two plans for just the one number. I tried to get this resolved and they did absolutely nothing to trouble shoot the issue with me and deleted my number permanently because I didn’t pay them twice this month. To be clear, they already got a payment from me this month and deleted my account because my card didn’t go through when they tried to overcharge me. I want a full refund for the stress and extra work this is causing me.

    After subscribing to many cellular service providers, I can honestly say that Tello is the only provider for me from now on. I am trying to get my family on board with me so Tello, if you are listening, you just give me another 30 days and it will happen. I am so happy to be part of the Tello family. I love being able to contact Tello so easily and get a response from them on the phone within 4-5 minutes at most and within 24 hours I receive email support. My other cell phone providers had bad coverage in rural areas but not so with Tello. The prices are simply amazing and affordable. You can customize your plan however you want. The best part is, you can customize it whenever you want and they make it super easy for the user. The app is intuitive and covers just about everything a customer would love to see in an app from a cell service provider. I never got any of this kind of service or app features from any other cell service provider I have been with. To be honest, I feel a little special and privileged to be able to this kind of service offered to me. Do I recommend Tello for long-term use? I’ve been a user for about 3 to 4 months now and I can say easily that it has been consistently awesome month to month. The call clarity is amazing. There is so much more I can say about this wonderful company and the service that you’re going to receive if you switch over to Tello. The transition from my old cell service provider over to Tello was so super easy and the staff is so friendly. There’s no reason not to switch.

    If the app can be used for receiving call and text will be much more greater. Save a SIM card slot.

    The service they provide is top tier, never had issues with my phone and customer service is the best in the business. You have so much power over your plan and everything is half as much of what you find anywhere else.

    They seem like an OK idea using Tello but it’s not worked well at all for me I just added another $8.80 to the account because it said I needed to top up my account when it’s a new account and basically it had virtually not been usedI was not able to send or receive texts and now that has been fixed but at this point, I am not at all impressed with this service
