  • Great App to Keep Pantry Organized

So easy to add items and keep track of what I have along with expiration dates. No more expired food which pays for the subscription. I plan on buying the biggest inventory subscription to support the developer(s) even though I don’t have that many items.

Shared access is crucial for an app like this
  • With AI this could be so useful!!!

I just downloaded the app and scanned most of my pantry items. The scanner was quick and easy and I was able to adjust amounts really quickly. As of right now the only use I can tell is to see easily what’s in your pantry. I was hoping it could pair with AI or a recipe website and recommend recipes that I have many of the items for. I’d pay good money for an app that could do that!!! Other than that, the app seems pretty solid. Only 200 items allowed for a free account. Seems like a decent amount for a freebie

Managing my food pantry inventory has been a challenge for me, despite my efforts to create lists manually or utilize free printables available online. However, I found these methods time-consuming, especially with manual entry. Discovering this app through TikTok was a game-changer. Its barcode scanning feature simplifies inventory management significantly, allowing for effortless uploading. The ability to adjust quantities and customize categories adds to its user-friendly appeal. Although I haven’t utilized the grocery list feature yet, I plan to explore its functionality soon.

I love this app. Food is no longer wasted bc I forgot to use up in time. And it is great to know when I am running short of items so I can reorder . I’ve yet to run out of pantry and cleaning items.
  • Can’t delete crowdsourced photos??

When adding a product, or automatically adds photos of it that other users have taken. Well someone took an up close photo of their expiration date, which expires in 3 months vs my product expiring next year. Why can’t I delete their photo from my inventory? That makes zero sense.

Nice app, but I wouldn’t hold my breath to get a response after reaching out to support. Would be super nice if shopping tab allowed you to list all of the items on your shopping lists that are for the retailer you may be at or heading to, for ease of shopping.

Love this app. I try to scan everything after grocery shopping and record where I put things. I also make freezer meals and use the function for creating homemade meals items to record what I make, when it is frozen, and when it expires. Boy, is this helping me with saving grocery costs. I check the expiring items to use in meal planning. Periodically I select one location, like “right pantry” and update my inventory and toss old, stale items. I use this app in conjunction with AnyList to keep track of what I have, how I am fixing them, and when they need to be eaten by. Great combination of apps for me.

Edit: allow to use photos from gallery. Got the app during covid as I started stocking up on everything. This one helps me stay on top of what I have and don’t so I don’t over buy the same groceries. I like the interface - looks clean and organized and like the options to create your own items, edit food pictures etc. very customizable. Wish the limit would be a bit more for free and for first level of payment plan. Or would be nice to have a one time price instead of a subscription plan, which always deters me from signing up. Perhaps something for developers to consider. Next level would be a way to create recipes with pantry items, I now use a different app for that.

Love this app! No more buying items already in the pantry. When at the grocery just look in your inventory to check if already have the item! It also reminds you when something is close to expiring so we make meals using those items :)
