Please help me cancel my subscription. I am not using this. It did not work the way I thought it would.

Love this app - the camera quality is amazing. Use this everyday
  • Waste of time and now money

This app was great in 2018, I did the week trial a couple weeks ago and within an hour I quickly realized that the app was much different and far less helpful than it once was. Ultimately used google for everything I needed. Now being a few days beyond the week trial period I’ve thrown money away because they’d rather have a bad review than issue a refund from a polite email. Too bad.

I am having so much trouble figuring this app out!
  • Way too expensive, no monthly option

I used to absolutely love this app, used it on a few trips from CA to TX. But like all good things, now they want to charge you an arm and a leg to use it and there is no monthly option! I’m not paying $80/year for a 7 day trip. Might be worth it for anyone taking 4+ trips a year but why in the world can’t it offer a monthly option? Won’t even let me look at my old trips now without paying and no free options at all any more. 👎🏼
  • New plans and prices ruined it

I’ve used this app for over a year and i was pretty satisfied with it To be honest. Then when i got requested to renew my plan (which i was about to) i noticed that not only the prices went significantly up but also the features included shrunk and i would need to get the most expensive plan in order to get back access to my older trips. This is disappointing and made me not renew my plan yet. Pretty bad move guys!
  • Scammers with shoddy policies!

Not only did this app give us bad information during our cross-country move, they will renew your subscription without any warning whatsoever. Basically, they think their customers are suckers and treat you as such. It wasn’t worth the price I paid a year ago when I actually tried to use it, and it certainly isn’t worth the price to have them sneak the charge through without giving you the opportunity to opt out. If your business model is to rely on people to forget about their renewals rather than to provide a product or service that people WANT to continue paying for, then your business is a failure.
  • Disappointed

I expected Roadtrippers to be a source of information about places we plan to visit on an upcoming roadtrip but instead of being an interactive guide I can only set a trip place A to Place B and a map is shown between those two places. We are planning more of a wander to get from A to B looking for interesting spots to visit on the way, restaurants, local interest, but this doesn’t seem to be what Roadtrippers is about. Glad I only paid the introductory price.

The app is amazing ive been using it for 3 years now, recently the pricing structure changed since i only do 1 roadtrip yearly it didnt make sense for me to pay for the premium tier, so now i have a trip already planned that i spent 10s of hours putting together which i cannot view anymore unless i upgrade to premium. I understand when services beed to go up but this is not the way to it. I did reach out to customer support to atleast be able to view my trip that i already created so i can copy it down or something which they refused, unbelievable!
