Bumble is a free dating app dedicated to helping singles find fun, meaningful, and kind connections. It’s the dating app where kindness is sexy, and where women come first, always. We champion respect and equality, and we don't just welcome, but we celebrate every orientation. So whether you're straight, gay, lesbian, trans, here to find love, here to find fun, here to find friends, or simply dating for the plot–creating new connections has never been easier. Our community is filled with millions of people across the globe who are ready to chat and meet new people, build genuine and meaningful connections, and maybe find that artsy, museum-loving, Scorpio they've been looking for. DATE, MEET NEW FRIENDS, AND NETWORK Our matchmaking technology is constantly evolving to create a fun, kind, and most importantly safe experience for you across all of our apps, including: Bumble Date: Where women make the first move. Women always come first on Bumble, we've rewritten the dating rules so that everyone can form meaningful relationships safely and respectfully. Bumble For Friends: Life is better with friends. Whether you're new to a city or hoping to expand your circle, Bumble For Friends is an easy way to make new friends. Bumble Bizz: Yep, you read that correctly. We have Bumble Bizz, too. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new exciting career opportunities. WOMEN COME FIRST, ALWAYS We believe a better world for women means a better world for everyone. So, for the most part, women get to make the first move around here. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond. So, don't let them be the one that got away. Send that message ASAP. DON'T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT “Bumble exists to empower women...” (Fast Company) “Bumble is just an app: but it’s changing the discussion.” (Wired) “Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:” (UK Sunday Times) “Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app” (Texas Standard) “What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. ” (Business Insider) --- Like the best things in life, Bumble is free to download and use. But we do also offer optional subscription packages (Bumble Premium and Bumble Boost) and single or multiple-use paid services for which no subscription is required (including Spotlights and SuperSwipes). We offer weekly, monthly, 3 month, and 6 month subscriptions with varying discounts. The prices may vary per country and are subject to change without notice. Prices are clearly displayed in the app. * Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. * Your subscription will automatically renew itself, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. * Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. * You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the iTunes Store. * If offered, if you choose to use our free trial, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable * If you don’t choose to purchase Bumble Boost or Bumble Premium, you can simply continue using and enjoying Bumble for free. • Met my husband on this app

    By Slavannah
I am writing this review for the state of the app how I saw it 4 years ago (haven’t used it since September 2020). The feature where women text first was my favorite part about this app. Unlike the other big name dating apps, I could message who I wanted and keep my inbox clear of 100 “DTF” dms from men who text first. Personally, now that this feature is gone, I wouldn’t use the app if I was single. Now that you removed the one thing that set Bumble apart from others, it’s just like every other app. Now, for 2020 standards though, I love the app! And because of that feature, it was so much easier to look at messages and keep track of matches. Overall, I have to thank Bumble; I met my husband through this app, and sent him the first message myself which was “Where’s the money Lebowski?!” the rest is history. Thanks for being a good app when I was single, but I feel bad for people trying these days. peace
  • My partner for life

    By JohnDoe&RichardRoe
I thought it would be me and my dog forever, and I was okay with that. Then I met the love of my life, partner in everything, and future husband though this app. I promise it’s worth a shot.

Shameful advertisement :( from an app that “empowers” women.

  • Extremely abusive hiding in sheep’s clothing

    By Necrosestvobi
The app has the worst community of any dating app There’s no app support you will only get generic replies and users regularly abuse other users App tries its best to not take any responsibility but the App Store and bumble should be held responsible for gross negligence Btw I read the app developers response below- just like all reaponses its canned and totally fake - fact of the matter is absurd levels of fake profiles and abuse happens on this platform and if you let them know they don’t do anything about it.
  • Not really free except to browse but the layout is good and intuitive

Lots of people online compared to other sites
  • Predatory, contrived, outdated

    By Laroldbird
This app has not changed one iota over the 5 years I have used it off and on, save removing free features and putting them behind a paywall. It is a predatory app that does everything in its power to convince you that you need to pay to use it in any decent capacity at all. In the light of its competitors, it is no doubt why it continues to lose market share.
  • The Worst Dating App

    By 50ShadesDarker
The app bills itself as pro-woman, but with its twisted logic, the app is fundamentally designed to fool women about the nature of modern dating. It is sexist and misogynistic. The app shows me to women well older then who I would date, as stated in my preferences, and well outside my geographic area. The app gives men only 24 hours to respond, which acts as a screen against men who are successful and too busy to check an app once a day. Purely misogynistic. This is a product based on fraud and deception. It is not a dating app, but rather an app designed to keep women single with false promises of lovers that they have no hope to be able to catch. Edit: So, bumble responded. But, failed to address the criticism that the app is designed to be misogynistic, keep people single, perpetuates fraud by showing your profile to people outside your preferences. And is fundamentally designed to keep people single. That’s not a dating app. It’s a fraud app. It’s fraud. Fraud. Fraud.
  • Will change rating when fixed

Two things about this app I don’t really like: One, if someone swiped on you, it can take up at least a week at times to match with them (if you are lucky, the most recent for me was 2) and there have been so many missed opportunities where I could have matched with someone but couldn’t because I had to swipe for days on days only to have their account never show up. Another thing: I just today experienced where I swiped on two people when opening the app and suddenly was told I was out of likes, I hadn’t been swiping for even 5 minutes and I think this isn’t right, I cannot reccomend this app as long as these problems exist.
