As much as I enjoyed my time playing the game, I honestly dislike how they banned people. I, myself was banned because I had multiple accounts. But the reason why I had multiple accounts was because my surveys would often not work on my main account, and as someone who can’t afford to buy gold every single time, I rely on surveys a lot to buy in the game. Along with that, they banned me until 2124, which I don’t understand why they banned me for such a long time, cuz I honestly don’t think that what I did was that big of a deal. I also spend money on the subscription that I haven’t finished yet and bundles I bought in the past, so losing all those items really made me upset along with losing almost all my friends on there. Also when I emailed them about my appeal, I tried telling them my explanation, but when I did it seems like they ignored me. So I’m unhappy with the lack of response I’m getting related to the issue. If I’m getting banned, they should at least hear my explanation. Along with that, I also wish they fix the surveys so then me and some other people don’t have to keep making multiple accounts. And I honestly do think they should change the years of being banned. And since I’m banned in 2124, it’s gonna take 100 years for me to get it back, but there no point cuz by then I’m too old to play. Like why are you gonna ban someone for that long if they’re gonna be too old by the time the banned is up? I still have 100 years to go until my account is unbanned and by then I wouldn’t be able to post play it cuz by then I’m gone. And especially banning me for that long cuz of multiple accounts is really dumb, like 100 years of being banned just because of multiple accounts is crazy. I honestly think they could’ve made it temporary banned since what I did wasn’t serious, which I think is unfair banning. People do get banned for this shouldn’t be banned this long cuz it’s dumb and all the money they might have used in the game has gone to waste.

Among its interesting characteristics, the worst is how money hungry the developers are. If you want to be accepted by most of the players, you need to spend hundreds of dollars on in-game gold. For the free players that are accepted, people are shocked to hear they had spent relatively nothing. Not only that, but if you speak out against High-rise or its staff there is a chance they will punish you by banning your account, effectively stealing your money and leaving you without a game. Save yourself the heartache and the financial strain and find another game if you can’t handle the stress.

How are you supposed to age verify you’re account if you can’t get into? It won’t even let me login to try to verify my age and now I’m permanently banned for the app. Like wtf… I just want to verify my age so I can talk to people. I can’t even make new accounts without age verification. This is so frustrating. I get that people where having issues with kids and creeps on the app but this is not working. Maybe have a better age verification system. Idk

I had it for like 3 years i had a lot but then i got a new phone and forgot about it bit i found it a few months ago all my stiff is gone but still cool

DONT play this game the owners and ministration even stuff are hacking your game to get you IP and shelling you information and money wen you confront they they say it’s not they problem and that will not help you give the money or item back how I know it’s the game doin it cause they the only ones that benefit from ppl selling and buying item in game I DO NOT RECOMEN DONT PlAY SAVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MONEY

I have only been on the app since October last year. And i got hooked. Spent money on gold and items, all that. When i started to notice apple double charged me and eventually reported it to apple the next day i was banned from highrise. I have made multiple attempts to reach out and fix this issue but it still hasn’t been resolved. I miss my friends and i am so disappointed.

I got this game like three years back when I was bored I played it’s fun to trade and stuff but then if you really want to buy some thing it’s really expensive and there’s no cheap options and to change your username. It’s really expensive and they have some really rules that I don’t really think should be on there it’s really not as fun as it used to be
