    I have mixed feeling about Shein. I love this site, although i’m not really on board with the limit on how many items can be in your cart. I feel like if you could improve that feature. Otherwise i have no problem with the app.

    Yo pedí un pedido de 50 dólares y nunca llegó y siguen cayendo notificaciones q va a llegar y nunca llegó y ahora ni hace mucho pedí otro pedido y tampoco llegó tengan cuidado si comprar aquí si no les llega sos pedido pidan su reembolso

    I have started using shein a lot more lately and i feel like it’s a great and amazing app BUT it will not let me shop at all no more . i have deleted the app , updated the app, turned off and on my wifi , and even restarted my phone and no matter what it will not let me shop at all . all it shows on the screen is the loading page and if something did load it would be the sign up page . and when i press my email it than says to try again later but still never works . if someone can please help me with this problem i would definitely love to give y’all 5 stars !!!

    I order from SHEIN A LOT. I spend at least $300 a month. I noticed how everything I put in my cart was going up $2-$3 dollars per item, instead of what was listed. Now I have to go back through all my purchases and see if they did that to all of my items. I won’t be ordering from them any longer.

    I ordered a package from SHEIN, I never received it. After contacting SHEIN they told me to contact fedex, I did. FedEx said in order to file a claim dispute that I would need to get supporting documentation that SHEIN would no in return open a dispute on the same package. After multiple attempts of asking SHEIN to send me the document so I can move forward with my dispute against fedex SHEIN has refused, which means I will take a loss across the board on my package and SHEIN does not care. I know it probably won’t affect their business but I will tell my family and friends not to order from this company and I will NEVER order from them again. I am looking into if I can file a law suit against them because if your company is about customer service satisfaction, you’d think they’d assist me, but it’s clear they are only about making money. If I could give zero stars I would!!
