  • Buggy and unclear

Crashes a lot when loading games. Lots of the “actions” like ending a turn conflict with native iOS functionality. Also why did they remove the original Civ Revolutions from my phone, a game I bought and owned? They never refunded me my $4.99 despite taking away access to some thing i bought. Well because this game is nearly identical to the original in every way. It’s even got the same sloppy the typos like “Neopolitan” and uses modern Italian names Roman discoveries e.g. Dolomite, Fiumicello, just like the original. If you bought part 1, they took it away from you and made you repurchase a nearly identical game with even more bugs! Don’t waste your time or money.

60fps and has all the features of regular Civ Rev. Games can last an hour if you know what you’re doing, a super easy time sink. Play on King or above for an actual challenge.
  • Late game is terrible

The end game is a loss your artillery who have a 85 attack will die to 23 defense pike men. So end game quick if you want to do domination. The beginning is fine.

For those of you wondering where the hold for one turn went, just cycle through the troops and move/use the ones that you want to, and then just slide the turn button early. It will result in all of the unused troops holding for one turn.

If you are a fan of the civ games this game is pretty much up to expectation for a mobile game. But if you have a pc just play civ on there lol.

I wish it would be a bit less glitchy. And I wish I could actually unlock the characters. I’ve been trying to unlock Churchill for forever with no luck. It’s a good fun game.
