You can interactively browse through the how-tos. Our app deals with the following traditional sushi types: • Maki • Nigiri • Gunkanmaki UTENSILS: For making sushi you will need several utensils. So we added the most important ones to a small list for you, where you can find information about how to deal with each utensil. FISH: The most important thing for great sushi is, of course, the fish. Without good fish you won’t have good sushi. That’s the reason why we made a whole section in our app about fish. INGREDIENTS: Cooking sushi rice is not easy. But we will help you! Our small cooking tool will assist you in every step for a great result. And of course there are many more ingredients, but don't panic: We'll walk you through. RESTAURANT FINDER: With the restaurant finder in sooshi you are able to find the nearest sushi-restaurant.
