  • Terrible App for Streaming

    No matter where I am, either on WiFi or cell, the app will freeze after a couple of minutes of streaming, forcing me to quit the app and restart it. It’s beyond frustrating and from previous reviews, this has been going on for YEARS. I’d say I’d watch my sports elsewhere, but there’s no other option, so guess I’ll just have to suffer. Flat out ridiculous though. Do better

    The app has too many glitches when you’re trying to watch live sports. Continues to stall out, then the app has to be closed out and refreshed, then you’ll be lucky to get another 60 seconds or so of live play before it happens again.

  • Doesn’t work

    The app simply doesn’t work. Logs you out of your cable login 75% of the time. Then when you try and log back in it doesn’t recognize your credentials. If that doesn’t happen you are met with a random black screen that you have to turn the app on and off a few times to get it to work. Haven’t used any streaming apps that are worse than this one. Great when it works I guess but every time I open the app I expect there to be a problem.

    This app and the firestick app are horrible. Virtually every time I try to watch a game, I get either a “connect your TV provider”, “user token blah blah blah”, or “error loading your content” message. Sometimes it eventually connects, 30-45 minutes into the game. Why am I paying for this service if I miss the first 3-4 innings of each game? I’m giving it until my billing cycle is up then I’m out.

    If you’re going to charge people for a service, then you should deliver a better quality product. Whenever I stream a game, the video goes still after about a minute and I have to relaunch. Please fix, unacceptable for a paid service.

    This app is trash from a trash can of a company. Bally sports is single handedly the reason why I can’t watch MLB in my region and I hope they drive their company into the ground with all of the idiotic business decisions that they make

  • It’s trash. Don’t give them your money

    Thank god I just did a free 7 day trial. There’s no native app for LG tv so you have to airplay from your phone. Guess what. It doesn’t work. On my Samsung, I downloaded the app. Streamed for about an hour before just freezing. Shut it down and tried again several times. Video stream never came back. I have a 800Mbps connection btw.
