Designed for Grades K-12 as well as community and adult settings, the program uses a spiral curriculum structure in which all four core pillars revisit at increasing levels of complexity across every module. Four Core Pillars: Respectful Communication, Emotional Regulation, Decision-Making Under Pressure, and Accountability and Repair. Two student-facing thinking frameworks anchor every lesson. PLRR (Pause, Label, Reframe, Respond) builds self-regulation under stress. POCC (Pause, Options, Consequences, Choose) structures decision-making under competing priorities. WHO THIS APP IS FOR This app is designed for licensed program users who have enrolled through readyforreal.life. Eligible users include K-12 teachers, school counselors, school administrators, university instructors, community program facilitators, youth organization leaders, and students. It is aligned with Utah CASEL and CCA Core Standards.
