TIMELINE: See active tasks with date/time; open the month calendar to see an overview. Search by text; sort by scheduled time or title (ascending/descending). Toggle whether past-due items stay visible. Paginate very long lists; use on-screen controls to scroll the list faster. Complete tasks from the list (with undo when available), open the editor, postpone, or delete with confirmation. FOCUS: Highlights tasks due today; helpful empty states when you’re free or nothing is scheduled. Same “+” actions as Timeline to add work quickly. ADDING TASKS — WHEEL: Optional concentric wheel: choose task type, relative date (tomorrow, in a week, custom…), preset time, then pick a short default duration, mark done at the scheduled time, or jump into the full editor. Selected sectors stay visually obvious while you drill down. Settings can add a second “+” that skips the wheel and opens a blank full editor. ADDING TASKS — FULL EDITOR: Title (up to 100 characters) and rich optional notes (up to 1000 characters) in a field that scrolls with a visible scrollbar when full. Pick date and time; Set or choose a reminder as required. Attach one photo from camera or Photo Library (common formats, sensible size limits); thumbnail, tap or “Preview” for full-size view, easy remove. Reminders: use recommended defaults (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week before—only if still in the future), pick preset offsets, or add custom reminder date/times. Repeating tasks: daily, weekly (choose weekdays), monthly, or yearly; when completing, choose this occurrence only or the entire series. NOTIFICATIONS: System notifications when tasks are due or when reminder offsets fire (subject to iOS Notification and Focus mode settings). Rich Actions: Long-press notifications to mark complete, postpone by one hour or one day, acknowledge, or schedule an extra reminder. If notifications are disabled at the system level, Erinio shows an in-app hint with a shortcut to the iOS Settings app. First launch includes notification onboarding plus a disclaimer about local-only data and backup hygiene. SETTINGS & LANGUAGE: Interface in English or German; choice persists across restarts. Two built-in template sets that change default wheel categories (e.g. appointments vs. leisure presets). “Configure wheel” lets you rename the inner type ring per template set and restore factory labels (empty labels aren’t saved). Toggles for automatic reminders, showing the wheel entry point on Timeline, the Focus today strip, and the optional direct editor shortcut. HISTORY, LOGS & EXPORTS: Review completed tasks in History; wipe all completed history after confirmation. Activity log summarizes recent saves, edits, deletes, postpones, and bulk actions. Export every task (active + history) as JSON for backup. Import the exported JSON file to replace the current app data and restore your previous status. Share a PDF summary of reminders via the iOS Share Sheet. PRIVACY & DATA CONTROL: Links to Privacy Policy and Impressum. Delete all app data with the “Delete all data” option. UNINSTALLING APP Uninstalling the app will delete all Erinio tasks, reminders, and history from your device without the possibility of restoring. Before uninstalling, it is highly recommended to backup (export) all app data using the Export JSON option in Settings.
