Boom Beach

I’ve played boom beach since 2015 and have always been satisfied with the fact that the enemy has to attack from the beach and that they can’t just spawn their troops right next to the other person’s resources (clash of clans.) This makes the game implement more strategic thinking much more soon into the beginning stages. The game it’s self is fun to play and easy knowing their isn’t a whole lot of confusing perks and abilities making this game not just easy to understand but compatible with all people of all ages. War ships is probably my favorite game modes to play in game because it is player vs player trying to defeat the enemy base before they defeat yours. The only real problem I have with it though is that in warships, occasionally the game will “glitch.” What is this glitch, the glitch is when you defeat an enemy base all of your engine rooms or in other term’s headquarters are destroyed, it will then show you all the defenses being destroyed. The problem is that on my screw it shows that I have demolished all engine rooms with my base having one still to go. When this happens (on occasion) it will pull up the statistics after the match is over and it will say that I lost even though I demolished all the engine rooms on the enemy base before they destroyed my last one. This is frustrating as I tend to be very competitive and losing is something I hate LOL. Even though it is just a game that has no ruling over my life as an individual and that this happens on few occasions I’d appreciate it if this problem could be solved or for support to comment a reason at the very least. Other than that the rest of the time the game is so much fun and interesting as I’ve continued to come back to this game, checking it 2-3 times a day. Thank you so much super cell for not taking is game off of the AppStore and look forward to furthermore game improvements and modes. ✌️

It would be nice to have chance to recoup your lost resources from those who attack you. Is this ever going to happen?

Always crashes right when you start an attack

Literally this is the worst game do not play it delete it now they scam you for money the game randomly crashes so you can fail and lose and they make you purposely lose like I got an achievement the game restarted I attacked destroyed a lot of buildings and it said no troops deployed it is terrible I hate it it should be banned it should not exist

the MATCH MAKING is complete horse piss how come I only get matched up with maxed out bases( level 72+) when I’m only 47 I can’t ever get any successful attacks in because the bases are too high level

Boom Pass, worked great the first time, now doesn’t work, I do not get my time deductions for building, troops, statues, the ability to queue statues isn’t working either. I contacted customer support who said to submit it via the app. I have security software that doesn’t allow that because of redirects, cookies, third parties, etc, whatever the reason, customer support has failed. How can I get a refund for Boom Pass? They wouldn’t’t answer that either, but boy oh boy, they will take your money!

It’s a fun game with unique features but upgrading takes a long time and if you more than one upgrade at a time you need to spend some money
