  • NOT MEANT TO BE A CHILDS DRESS-UP GAME!!

For the love of God Covet can you PLEASE REMOVE the phrase 'play dress up' from the screenshot ad for this app??!! Not sure what your trying to accomplish by enticing children to play a game that is for most of us a very serious game. Every summer during school breaks this game becomes more frustrating than I can put into words. Im a Level 76 player who spends ACTUAL MONEY here, as do ALL THE OTHER ACTUAL ADULTS who are deeply involved in this game. I spend way more than I care to admit, so itd be nice if the challenges that I and my FH REALLY WORK HARD ON would be acknowledged APPROPRIATELY and not DOWN VOTED by a herd of bratty kids who think purple socks look great with a brown plaid skirt Badgley sandals and a gigantic floral hat on EVERY look submitted. They dont SPEND money, therefore its necessary for them to vote and vote and vote and vote because theyve become bored with summer. MEANWHILE Ive spent another $500-$600 here this just this month and while 98% of my looks are 5+ stars I havent had a TL for a year. I blame this fully on GLU the new owners of the game and hope they will read this and understand that this IS NOT NOT NOT a game to play dress up for children. There are countless other apps geared just toward them, they DO NOT NEED this one too!!! So PLEASE PLEASE REMOVE THAT PHRASE 'PLAY DRESS-UP' out of simple respect for the loyal players. Your going to lose your most serious players due to burning frustration over being forced to compete against a 7 year olds version of HIGH FASHION!! Please hear me because its starting to become a chore to play, not a good sign Covet, in case you didnt know that..........
  • Rigged

After being a long-time Covet fan, I’ve come to realize that no matter how much money you spend, or how many “likes” you give, the results are always skewed or rigged. I love the props and extra features, but using them when completely irrelevant still seems to gain favor. The judging really needs to be reviewed and determined based on level. This is completely unfair (and I’m a higher level?) and there’s no rhyme or reason to the results.
  • Where’s the diversity???

I used to have this game a while back on my older phone, and saw the amazing progress in the diversity of the game! I loved it! Different body types had suddenly become available, and it was great! Sure it was still lacking more skin tones, but it was on its way! That is until I redownloded the game. Every body type had disappeared, and we were left with the false expectation oh so perfect body type. It’s a fun game, but it takes away from the fun and uniqueness when every girl looks the same. All the same height, stick thin, and honestly, a bit disappointing. I wish I knew why they took steps back, and I wish they would bring it back.
  • Here is my idea

You should be able to sell some clothing for a reduced price like a secondhand store. Because if you accidentally buy something for a lot of money you can’t return it. Or if you bought expensive clothes for a challenge and never wore it again. And you should be able to exchange prizes for money or diamonds. I also want to complain about the Jet Set destinations. It’s hard to earn any more travel points once you create a look once and you can’t edit them. And you should consider shortening the waiting period for the challenge results.
  • Great game, but a couple of notes

I really like this game. It’s really fun. There are a couple of negatives though. First, most of the time whenever I go to tap joy to get free diamonds for completing offers, I don’t get them. I make sure the app is the last thing I clicked on and then I go back into the app, but it doesn’t give me my reward still most of the time? And I depend on that because clothes are expensive in the game lol. Another complaint I have is it’s really hard to earn cash. Maybe cash could be part of a daily reward or something? Because a lot of the time, challenges will require you to buy something with cash and won’t have a diamond option to purchase something, and the reward will be less than you paid for the outfit itself. That’s why I suggested maybe cash as a daily gift like the diamonds and tickets? UPDATE: I still play this game. I’m extremely frustrated because I took a super long quiz through Tap Joy for 448 diamonds, and I never got the reward 🙄
  • Beautiful game.

Problem is it’s so hard to get enough money in game to buy the items for the contests. I waned to stop trying to play at all. I just can’t afford to pay out real money. But it is beautiful.
  • Good app but.......

I enjoy the app greatly, it’s fun to play, but I found that when you switch from a classic model to the modern model (which is a “bigger” model) it no longer provides all the same makeup options that have been earned with “leveling” up. Why is it that with the modern model you receive an option for makeup free and she ends up with major dark circles and looking like she has extremely sullen, sunken in features. The other issue I have is almost every challenges “top looks” are all disturbingly identical, there doesn’t seem to be any real creativity to the styles.
  • Horrible Customer Service

Customer service doesn’t respond to requests. My game will not allow me to open or enter events and they’ve yet to respond after several inquiries.

This game is a game that I always come back to and has become so addicting. I absolutely love it! I get to express my fashion choices and enter them in competitions. I can also interact with other users and get fashion ideas. HOWEVER...The only thing I hate is how often you have to update! I feel like i update 1-3 times a WEEK! And its a slow update so that kind of bums and I'm starting to find myself playing it less because of hiw frequent the updates are. I onky have a few moments to play ky already let alone waiting on the update and play.

I love this game and think its great, but it is one of the priciest games I have ever encountered it is more than ridiculous and the game makers should be extremely ashamed for being this money hungry. I played it a couple years ago and it was not too bad but now it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to play without spending $5-$10 every day almost. The hair accessories are already almost $10 per accessory and in order to get a high score which makes you able to get outfits at all you have to drop some real cash 90 percent of the time. Also, its become increasingly hard to level up since its so hard to get prizes and the events only give you a small amount of money. In conclusion I don't recommend this game to anyone unless you like spending all your gas money on a digital game. Why cant the game makers just make it a game you have to buy up front instead of constantly trying to leech money out of you.
