    The latest updates drastically changed usability and lay out. I don’t have half my customers in the estimates page they are putting out updates every couple days but can seem to fix the basic issues.
  • Sick of all the bug fixing

    The more bugs you fix the more you create. I can’t creat estimates because the screen starts flashing in and out of the product screen. When I get into the estimate I cannot add a product or service and I cannot add a new product. Wherever I click the screen comes up then goes away. Yes I have deleted the app and reinstalled three times today. I still have the same problems. I’m going to take a video and post it online. I’ve been with quickbooks from the beginning. If I can’t run my business from my phone on the go in my service business I will need to find another option.

    The App is getting really slow. Every time you need to upload a picture, send email, click something etc it’s just getting forever till the app responds! It’s taking 5-6 times long they it used to when I just started using this app 5 years ago! Now it also started crashing. 🤦‍♂️ *UPDATE!!! It’s crashing constantly now. Tired of it.

    As of 3 updates ago I can not access the app I just get the you don’t have permission screen and on the web site I am limited to only making invoices and nothing else I can’t even view the invoices I make
  • Horrendous DONT USE!!!

    They keep “squashing bugs and updating” but all they’re doing is making things worse. We haven’t been able to send more than 2 invoices for almost a week now, and they took away all the customized spots we NEED on our invoices. The app is COMPLETELY USELESS. Customer service is all overseas and also useless. We are suing for loss of income this go around, sick and tired of being screwed over!!!!
  • Estimates not working

    I’ve tried for days and days to create estimates and find whenever I go to do so, as I add a product or service, the app simply crashes. I am behind on estimates due to this, and will have to switch to paper/emailed estimates if this is not resolved soon.

    I working constantly on the road and ever since quickbooks has been making updates the last 2-3 months its just making the software so much harder to use and GLITCHS LIKE CRAZY WHEN TYPING. If this keeps happing I will switch to FRESH-BOOKS SOFTWARE.
  • Latest upgrade, terribly flawed

    Many primary functions not working. I have customers that repeat the same purchase. I need the ability to copy or duplicate a previous invoice. The tab is there, but it doesn’t work. Invoices still show overdue after payment is processed. I cannot send these to my customers that way I spent three hours on the phone. I was told that they sent the issue to engineering five days ago. Wouldn’t it be easier to wait until the app is finished before releasing it? there was a bug fix update, but it did not solve the primary problems. Very frustrating but I’m afraid they’re too big to care.
