  • I keep having a problem with my account

    I asked for help on my account already because, I can’t seem to get any available offers for ink at all. Even if it did pop up, I wouldn’t receive any ink after doing the task. Then going back to the page it would say no offers available it’s been like this for almost a week. My problem still hasn’t been fixed yet.

    I’m having issues with the app right now. I’ve read my updates but as soon as I try to look for other things it kicks me out or it’s freezes on me and doesn’t let me go into my library or anything And I also had to delete it to reinstall it but ended up not receiving my ink points that was pending in the tapjoy rewards So annoying how I paid and didn’t receive Update: it keeps freezing up, I open the app and as soon as I scroll down it freezes

    Tapas was my favorite app. In a world were everything was complicated tapas was simple….until they weren’t anymore. They are trying to revamp themselves to be more like WEBTOON or Tappytoon but they are not them. They scaled back on rewards now almost everything is impossible if you don’t spend money. To bad they aren’t listening to what the readers want anymore. They lost a devoted reader

  • Comics won’t show up when searched

    I started reading a comic that had updated but when I go to recent I cannot find it there. I have even searched for the comic and it says that there are no titles that have that name. Then, I checked my subscribed page, and I could not find the comic. So, I searched the comic and WEBTOON, and it shows up there but not on Tapas. To find the comic in Tapas, had to search up the author’s name in order to find the comic again. I also noticed that the app will not save the comics that you just read on recent. I have read other comics and like half don’t get saved in recent, but comics I haven’t read in days will.

    I installed the app then uninstalled it, now no matter what I do it’s the only app that won’t delete on my phone

  • Freezing app ruins good stories

    Love the stories but the app freezes on me almost daily now. I have to close all my apps close Tapas and then reopen to have the comics not even load multiple times once i open them its getting very frustrating. New layout is confusing and doesnt load up stories when they are updated and seems full of errors and looks less “creator-forward” and is more “profit-forward”

  • Decent Platform but Missing Watch Videos Option

    While the reading platform works fairly well there are days when the app won’t open at all. I’m assuming this is because of maintenance or the app is temp broken. There used t be a watch video option to earn ink but after the latest “update,” that function was removed. Thought it was an error but apparently it was intentional.
